This is none other than Padma Shri Dr Niru Kumar, who after working as a senior officer for 25 years in the Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS), took voluntary retirement to work in the field of diversity and inclusion.

In Today's episode of UnBound, we are honoured to have a conversation with her as she shares her journey of finding her life purpose, walks through the memory lanes of her childhood and unravels how she learned to treat people with humility.

Having worked in the diversity and inclusion field, she acknowledges that there is still a long way to go. She says that despite policy and interventions, the representation of women in the senior corporate world; there is still much left to do and how she is making sure that it gets done.

and Board member Election Commission of India.
