[00:00:16] I'm your host Mona-Lisa Lal and today we are diving into the transmitter part of

[00:00:20] Journalite. Now I know for some of you might be thinking,

[00:00:23] Journaling isn't that just for teenage girls pouring their hearts out about their

[00:00:28] pressures. Well my friends, Journaling is so much more than that.

[00:00:33] It's a two-year reflection, truth and understanding one cell for a deeper level.

[00:00:37] Let me share with you a little anecdote that truly illustrates the power of

[00:00:41] Journaling. A few years back I was going through a rough patch in my life and

[00:00:45] friend lost over-went and like I was constantly spinning my wheels without making any progress.

[00:00:51] Then one day a friend recommended that I start Journaling as a way to clear my mind and gain some clarity.

[00:00:57] At first I was a skeptical, I mean how could writing down what's in feelings

[00:01:01] possibly make a difference. I decided to give it a try anyway and let me tell you.

[00:01:06] It was one of the best decisions I ever made. Every day I would sit beside just a few minutes

[00:01:11] to write in my journal. Sometimes I would jot down whatever was when my mind at the moment.

[00:01:17] Other times I would just use writing prompts to help guide my thoughts and slowly

[00:01:21] with surely I began to notice a shift. As a board my thoughts came onto the page,

[00:01:27] I started to see patterns emerge. I began to recognize things that were

[00:01:31] only me back and changes. I needed to make in order to move forward.

[00:01:34] And little by little I started to feel more grounded, more centered and more in control of my life.

[00:01:40] That my friend is the bar of Journaling. It's not just about writing down your thoughts.

[00:01:44] It's about the gaining insights, clarity and perspective.

[00:01:48] It's about taking the time to truly understand your servant, but desire and it's about using

[00:01:53] that understanding to create the life you've always dreamed of.

[00:01:56] So how exactly does Journaling benefit you? Well for starters it helps us to reduce stress

[00:02:02] and anxiety. By putting a thoughts and feelings down on paper we are able to release

[00:02:07] the proper mind, giving us a sense of relief and calmness.

[00:02:11] But Journaling is also a powerful tool for personal growth.

[00:02:14] When we take the time to reflect on our experiences and emotions we are able to learn from them

[00:02:19] and grow as individuals. We can identify our strengths and weaknesses.

[00:02:24] Set goals for ourselves and track our progress over time.

[00:02:27] And perhaps most importantly, Journaling helps us to cultivate self awareness.

[00:02:32] By regularly checking in with our self-suremoning, art thoughts and feelings

[00:02:36] we become more into with it with who we are and what we want out of our life.

[00:02:41] We gain clarity about our values, priorities and aspirations, allowing us to make decisions that align

[00:02:47] without true selves. Now I know that starting a Journaling practice can feel intimidating.

[00:02:53] If you have never done it with trust we've been eye-saving that. It's worth it.

[00:02:57] You don't need any fancy equipment or special training just to bend piece of paper and a willingness to be honest with yourself.

[00:03:04] So listen, I encourage you to be Journaling at every point of your life.

[00:03:09] Set aside just a few minutes each day to write in your journal and see how it transforms your life.

[00:03:14] You might be surprised at the insights you uncover and the growth you experience along the way.
