[00:00:21] Hey, this is your host Shivangi Sardamalpani and to start with our first segment for Monday, 25th May, 2026, Nifty Index opened positive and inched upwards in the first half of the session, but failed to cross 23,000. It was 23,750 and sunk lower in the latter part of the day. It respected the morning low and finally closed near 23,750 levels, but gains of around 100 points.
[00:00:47] It formed a bullish candle on the daily frame with longer upper shadow and a bullish candle and an inside bar on the weekly frame, which suggests lack of follow-up buying. India Wix remained unchanged at 17.8 levels. Nifty Put Call Ratio increased to 1.08. Option data suggests a broader trading range in between 23,200 to 24,200 zones.
[00:01:13] Moving on to the second segment in the equity cash market, FIIs were net sellers to the tune of 4,440 crores, while DIIs were buyers worth 6,003 crores.
[00:01:25] FII's indexed long-short ratio increased to 13.9%. Going ahead with the index actionable, DevTips data and price setup suggest, Nifty has to hold above 23,700 for the next up move towards 24,000 and 24,200, while support can be seen at 23,600.
[00:01:48] Bank Nifty has to hold above 53,750 for a bounce towards 55,000 levels, while on the downside, support can be seen at 53,500 levels. And finally, talking about the sectors and stocks to watch out, positive setup can be seen in Astral, Dixon, VVL, Trent, Page Industries, Axis Bank, Siemens, and Wipro.
