This one’s about something most people don’t say out loud.

The pressure.

To be ahead.
To be fitter.
To have life “sorted” by a certain age.

And how quietly… that starts messing with you.

I’ve felt it too.
In my 20s. In my 30s.
Even now, in my 40s, it just shows up differently.

So I wanted to talk about it.

Not as advice.
Just as things I’ve learned the hard way.
