I Figured Out What My 20s Got Wrong #rawtakes #varunduggi

I didn’t plan to make this video.

I actually hit record to ask for questions…
and then went off on a tangent that felt a little too real to ignore.

Somewhere along the way, I realised this:

Most of us spend years learning how to work…
but almost no time learning how to actually live.

We chase progress.
We optimise everything.
We stay busy.

And then one day, it hits you—
you’re good at life on paper…
but not necessarily enjoying it.

This video is me trying to unpack that.

What does it mean to live well—especially in your 20s and 30s?
How do you redefine success beyond just work and money?
Why does “doing nothing” feel so uncomfortable… and why it might actually be a skill worth building?

I talk about:
• Why progress isn’t always forward motion
• The role of friendships, personal style, and curiosity as you grow older
• What I got wrong in my 20s
• And why learning to sit still might be one of the most underrated life skills

I’m 43 now.
And this is the kind of stuff I wish someone had told me earlier.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing everything right… but something still feels off, this might land.

Drop your thoughts or questions.
I’m building this series as I go.
