[00:00:03] [SPEAKER_00] Hey everyone, this is Voice with Warikoo, my, or Ankur Warikoo. In this English podcast series, I cover many things in this English podcast series. Career, relationships, personal finance, success, failure, and frankly, something else that comes to the time. Every week on Thursday, a new episode on your favorite podcast platform, Voice with Warikoo.

[00:00:29] [SPEAKER_00] I got an email in the morning, and it was written in the morning that I was a banker, a compliance professional in the past eight years. And I work in a company in their London office. I'm a good place in life. Career-wise, I have a lot of money, I respect my team, I like my work, but I was a deep, I was a very proud to be able to contribute to society.

[00:00:53] [SPEAKER_00] So my plan is, that I leave London and leave my state, I will mention it, what was it? I will explore rural exploration. Because I really want to know and understand what is going on in India in rural India. So I think I will research the next 3-4 years, understand a good plan, and make a whole plan. So I think it's almost like a 10-year plan.

[00:01:17] [SPEAKER_00] I will gain my financial independence for 5 years, and then the next 5 years I will research for 5 years. So what do you think is that this idea worth exploring? No. The main main help is that we know that at any point, that information, knowledge, which we have, is enough. That it's enough to be enough to do. I like this email.

[00:01:45] [SPEAKER_00] Because it's very rare that people have such a level of clarity. They're also in this age. They're a lot of young people. So I've shared my point of view and their ideas about it. And that's not the only thing. But the last question was the most interesting. That at any point, one person has a lot of information, knowledge has been enough. And now the time has worked. So my exact reply was this.

[00:02:13] [SPEAKER_00] That, friends, fake action is more dangerous than any action. So what you think is that you're afraid of, that you're afraid of, that you're not afraid of, that you're afraid of, that you're afraid of, that you need to be afraid of, that you need to be afraid of. That's very valid. So this fear of facing this fear, the approach I use is this. You can imagine a two-by-two matrix. And on the axis of X-axis, you're asking yourself,

[00:02:42] [SPEAKER_00] if I'm learning something new, or not? And on the axis of Y-axis, you're asking, which I've learned, is that I've learned my thoughts? Yes or not? So if we've learned something new, and our thoughts have not been given, which is the no-no state, then it's the state of the state of X-axis. Why? Because there's no learning or challenge. But with my opinion, it's the most dangerous state of X-axis.

[00:03:10] [SPEAKER_00] That's the most dangerous state of X-axis. Number one, that you've learned something new, but it's not a challenge. So you're not in safe knowledge of your comfort. Or you've learned something new, but you feel like you're feeling a point of view. So you're in a challenge challenge. Something new one is an illusion can be minded. So when these two pieces make you Sus and think,

[00:03:39] [SPEAKER_00] you will all definitely try this into it, or necessarily try this into what other Plans and think that's the most dangerous system. Then the solution here to make it. And you're thinking about these problems. That will correct me how to communicate this and understand how to communicate your thoughts and what happens. No, I'm given up. What about the message? challenge me. And when you're in that yes-yes zone, you're really growing up.

[00:04:08] [SPEAKER_00] Every place you're only busy. You're not better. All the best.
