Sabse pahle to obviously Paneer 400 grams

Marination ke liye 

Maida 2 table spoon

Cornflour maida se double yaani ki 4 table spoon

Black pepper for flavor

Ginger garlic paste

Red chili sauce (can skip)

Degi mirch for colour

 

For chili Paneer Sauce

Onions- bade pieces mein cut karke

Shimla Mirch- bade pieces mein cut kiye hue

Carrots – patle patle long cut kiye hue thode se

Babycorn or boiled sweet Corn

Green chilies 2-3 long cut kiye hue

Spring onions

Greenies 

Soy Sauce

Vinegar

Tomato ketchup

Garnish ke liye chopped onions

Thoda sa honey for flavour

And thoda sa sesame seeds

Iske alawa thoda sa oil aur namak thoda sa rakhein
