[00:01:31] I know many parents used to be thinking like if I'm attending to my child, she was all the time it may actually be attention-seeking. I don't have to attend to them all the time.

[00:02:18] So that they are able to listen to a lot of new words, lot new vocabulary, and they are forming a system or a library of vocabulary and words in their brain. Number 3 is middle neurons and social learning.

[00:02:32] Have you ever noticed how babies imitate facial expressions every facial expression that you do? They try to imitate it, right? This is due to middle neurons. That is the brain says that activate both when we perform an action and when we observe someone else do the same.

This enriches your child's brain development, it encourages them to explore and engage for Stephen curiosity and allowful learning, make sure that you are creating a stimulating environment at your home.

[00:03:48] The very important one is nutrition and brain health. Nutrition plays a role too, omega 3 fatty acids found in foods like fish and nuts are essential for brain health. A well-balanced diet ensures that your child's brain receives nutrients it needs to try.

[00:04:07] The next one is to increase the independent support of brain development. I love them to make some choices like whether you want to be the blood risks or the brain risk, whether you want to take up with this ball, it's my liable or the dolly.

[00:04:23] Something like that, very simple choices, and to solve some minor problems, and accomplish some tasks like building a block or completing a pattern like that, both the confidence and it helps a lot in their cognitive development.
