Speaker 1: Namaskara and welcome to the Stronger Men project. Thank you for tuning in. Today you have come to the right place if you are a man who desire to be stronger, fitter and better looking version of yourself and want to improve yourself to be a better man and fulfil your fullest potential in all areas of
Speaker 1: life. I am one such man and the host of this podcast, I am a deai, a mechanical engineer turned fitness coach and a gym owner based in a city called Darva. In the last five years, as a fitness coach, I have helped over 800 people through my fitness, coaching and training. I have been on a journey of fitness and personal improvement for the last eight years, and my mission here is to help you by sharing all the information, knowledge
Speaker 1: and lessons I have learned so far in the journey and in the future to come. And now let's get to today's topic. In this first episode of 2024 I will share with you the code of excellence which can help you excel in all areas of life. These are a set of six ideas or mindsets or rules I have adapted as a guiding principle I follow, which have led me to an awesome fitness transformation.
Speaker 1: Help me go from a job holder to a business owner and a coach, and overall, an improved individual. So here they go.
Speaker 1: The first code of excellence is unconditional self law.
Speaker 1: What do you mean by unconditional self love? It is not some superficial fluff which says, Love yourself or love yourself the way you are, accept who you are. It is not that it is something much deeper, something which uh makes you responsible for yourself. Just like you are responsible for your own kids.
Speaker 1: We all love our kids unconditionally,
Speaker 1: but also we are also responsible for them.
Speaker 1: We always want to do good to them, and we always want them to do things which are good for them. Right With that intention, we always try to choose whatever is good for them, and we always try to correct them when they are not doing anything right. Similarly, if you love yourself unconditionally, you would want the best things for yourself. You will choose the things which are right for you and for your future just think about it. If you really love yourself unconditionally,
Speaker 1: the second code is constant improvement. This is something which doesn't need much of explanation. It is an attitude or mindset where you are always trying to improve yourself in any area you like. It may be your fitness. It may be your health. It may be your career.
Speaker 1: It may be your business and relationships. Or if you are into spiritual realm, there is always room for improvement. And only when you improve yourself day by day, it will be more fulfilling and meaningful to you.
Speaker 1: And the third code is extreme ownership. This is something which I picked up, uh, from the book, uh, called Extreme Ownership written by, um, Jacko Willing and life Babin. These were ex Navy seals, uh, who, uh, draw from their experiences in their posting in Iraq and, uh, share the lessons which can be used by anybody in their life and in their business. The main idea of the book is
Speaker 1: owning everything that is happening in your life, holding yourself responsible for anything and everything that has happened in your life. And it is not about blaming yourself for everything. It is about taking responsibility. In every situation there are things which we can control, and there are things which we cannot control. Even though there are things we cannot control, we can always control how we respond to those things. We can be either victims or take ownership and be victors. This is where you get the power to
Speaker 1: choose and take whatever action you need to take in any situation. And this one idea has had a very, very profound impact in how I approach life. And I'm very grateful that I stumbled upon this book. The next code is attitude of action. This is somewhat closely connected to the code number two, which is constant improvement
Speaker 1: because in order to improve, you just don't need to go for 100 more trainings or you just don't need to consume a lot of motivational videos and podcasts. It is about taking action, whatever knowledge you are gaining. And nowadays knowledge is flowing like anything because of the Internet boom,
Speaker 1: there is knowledge available. The only thing is that you have to take that knowledge and apply it. That is where the real change happens,
Speaker 1: and if you follow the attitude of action and take action on everything you're learning.
Speaker 1: You will be a completely different person within no time.
Speaker 1: And this has been instrumental in my own transformation.
Speaker 1: And the next code is brotherhood. We human beings have always been animals of tribe. During our evolution, it has always been important that we stay in tribe because we are not the strongest of all the animals. We don't have the best of senses when you compare to other animals. But the one thing which has resulted in huge success as a species is working in tribes, we could help each other. We could collaborate and achieve
Speaker 1: things which we cannot imagine doing alone. That is why having a brotherhood is important. And no matter who you are, how strong you are or how talented you are. You may survive in this world, at least in the modern world, but you cannot thrive. And if you want to thrive, then you need to have a brotherhood,
Speaker 1: a group of like minded people around you who can help you and guide you and, uh always support you in your endeavour.
Speaker 1: And in this direction, I have created a community called stronger Men Club, which is specially meant for men like you and me who want to do well in life and become better version of ourselves.
Speaker 1: And if you want to be part of it, I'll, uh, wholeheartedly welcome you into the Stronger Men Club. And at the end of this podcast, I'll let you know how you can become part of it.
Speaker 1: And the last code is service. How good is your knowledge, your strength, your experiences, your money and resources If it exceeds your needs once you met your needs, the excess knowledge and resources and money and everything
Speaker 1: is better used. When you serve other people around you, it may be your family members. It may be your friends. It may be your immediate, uh, locality and community, or it may be
Speaker 1: the world at large. And if you dedicate yourself to service, I think you will be the most happiest person because it is known that most humans are givers and they find extreme happiness in serving other people and helping other people.
Speaker 1: And that is where the sixth chord comes from.
Speaker 1: And I'm someone who likes to help and serve other people. It gives me immense pleasure and happiness when I help people and see that it is impacting their life in a better way.
Speaker 1: And these are the six code of excellence. Uh, I have been following, and these have been really, really instrumental in my own journey of improvement and transformation. And I hope you have found this useful. And, um, I hope you, uh, use this and implement this in your own life and find great success in your life.
Speaker 1: And if you're someone who want to set goals for the year 2024 and become a better person in all areas of life, I'm doing something special. I'm conducting a workshop called Ticket to Transformation, which will be on, uh, coming Saturday, which is on sixth of January. And in this workshop, I'm going to share the exact way how you can set goals and make resolutions
Speaker 1: and follow it up with right actions to make progress and really get on the path to achieve your goals. I'm going to reveal you a system which is used by world champions and high achievers all over the world. And I'm fortunate that I got access to this system when I started my own journey of transformation. If you want to be part of this workshop,
Speaker 1: then you should get into a special WhatsApp group which I have created for the purpose. The link to the WhatsApp Group is in the description. Click on the link and get into the WhatsApp Group. I'll see you on the other side.
Speaker 1: Thank you again for tuning in today and listening to this podcast in the end. I'll see you in the next episode. I'm others Desai always here to help you
Speaker 1: the best one.
