00:00:00

Speaker 1: Namaskara and welcome to the Stronger Men project. Thank you

00:00:02

Speaker 1: for tuning in. Today you have come to the right

00:00:04

Speaker 1: place if you are a man who desire to be stronger,

00:00:07

Speaker 1: fitter and better looking version of yourself and want to

00:00:10

Speaker 1: improve yourself to be a better man and fulfil your

00:00:14

Speaker 1: fullest potential in all areas of

00:00:17

Speaker 1: life. I am one such man and the host of

00:00:20

Speaker 1: this podcast, I am a deai, a mechanical engineer turned

00:00:23

Speaker 1: fitness coach and a gym owner based in a city

00:00:26

Speaker 1: called Darva. In the last five years, as a fitness coach,

00:00:29

Speaker 1: I have helped over 800 people through my fitness, coaching

00:00:33

Speaker 1: and training. I have been on a journey of fitness

00:00:36

Speaker 1: and personal improvement for the last eight years, and my

00:00:39

Speaker 1: mission here is to help you by sharing all the information,

00:00:43

Speaker 1: knowledge

00:00:44

Speaker 1: and lessons I have learned so far in the journey

00:00:46

Speaker 1: and in the future to come. And now let's get

00:00:49

Speaker 1: to today's topic. In this first episode of 2024 I

00:00:53

Speaker 1: will share with you the code of excellence which can

00:00:56

Speaker 1: help you excel in all areas of life. These are

00:00:59

Speaker 1: a set of six ideas or mindsets or rules I

00:01:03

Speaker 1: have adapted as a guiding principle I follow, which have

00:01:07

Speaker 1: led me to an awesome fitness transformation.

00:01:10

Speaker 1: Help me go from a job holder to a business

00:01:12

Speaker 1: owner and a coach, and overall, an improved individual. So

00:01:17

Speaker 1: here they go.

00:01:19

Speaker 1: The first code of excellence is unconditional self law.

00:01:24

Speaker 1: What do you mean by unconditional self love? It is

00:01:27

Speaker 1: not some superficial fluff which says, Love yourself or love

00:01:33

Speaker 1: yourself the way you are, accept who you are. It

00:01:36

Speaker 1: is not that it is something much deeper, something which

00:01:39

Speaker 1: uh makes you responsible for yourself. Just like you are

00:01:43

Speaker 1: responsible for your own kids.

00:01:46

Speaker 1: We all love our kids unconditionally,

00:01:49

Speaker 1: but also we are also responsible for them.

00:01:52

Speaker 1: We always want to do good to them, and we

00:01:54

Speaker 1: always want them to do things which are good for them.

00:01:58

Speaker 1: Right With that intention, we always try to choose whatever

00:02:02

Speaker 1: is good for them, and we always try to correct

00:02:05

Speaker 1: them when they are not doing anything right. Similarly, if

00:02:08

Speaker 1: you love yourself unconditionally, you would want the best things

00:02:11

Speaker 1: for yourself. You will choose the things which are right

00:02:13

Speaker 1: for you and for your future just think about it.

00:02:16

Speaker 1: If you really love yourself unconditionally,

00:02:20

Speaker 1: the second code is constant improvement. This is something which

00:02:24

Speaker 1: doesn't need much of explanation. It is an attitude or

00:02:27

Speaker 1: mindset where you are always trying to improve yourself in

00:02:31

Speaker 1: any area you like. It may be your fitness. It

00:02:34

Speaker 1: may be your health. It may be your career.

00:02:36

Speaker 1: It may be your business and relationships. Or if you

00:02:41

Speaker 1: are into spiritual realm, there is always room for improvement.

00:02:44

Speaker 1: And only when you improve yourself day by day, it

00:02:47

Speaker 1: will be more fulfilling and meaningful to you.

00:02:52

Speaker 1: And the third code is extreme ownership. This is something

00:02:55

Speaker 1: which I picked up, uh, from the book, uh, called

00:02:58

Speaker 1: Extreme Ownership written by, um, Jacko Willing and life Babin.

00:03:03

Speaker 1: These were ex Navy seals, uh, who, uh, draw from

00:03:07

Speaker 1: their experiences in their posting in Iraq and, uh, share

00:03:11

Speaker 1: the lessons which can be used by anybody in their

00:03:14

Speaker 1: life and in their business. The main idea of the

00:03:17

Speaker 1: book is

00:03:18

Speaker 1: owning everything that is happening in your life, holding yourself

00:03:22

Speaker 1: responsible for anything and everything that has happened in your life.

00:03:25

Speaker 1: And it is not about blaming yourself for everything. It

00:03:27

Speaker 1: is about taking responsibility. In every situation there are things

00:03:31

Speaker 1: which we can control, and there are things which we

00:03:33

Speaker 1: cannot control. Even though there are things we cannot control,

00:03:36

Speaker 1: we can always control how we respond to those things.

00:03:39

Speaker 1: We can be either victims or take ownership and be victors.

00:03:44

Speaker 1: This is where you get the power to

00:03:47

Speaker 1: choose and take whatever action you need to take in

00:03:49

Speaker 1: any situation. And this one idea has had a very,

00:03:53

Speaker 1: very profound impact in how I approach life. And I'm

00:03:58

Speaker 1: very grateful that I stumbled upon this book. The next

00:04:01

Speaker 1: code is attitude of action. This is somewhat closely connected

00:04:05

Speaker 1: to the code number two, which is constant improvement

00:04:08

Speaker 1: because in order to improve, you just don't need to

00:04:12

Speaker 1: go for 100 more trainings or you just don't need

00:04:15

Speaker 1: to consume a lot of motivational videos and podcasts. It

00:04:20

Speaker 1: is about taking action, whatever knowledge you are gaining. And

00:04:23

Speaker 1: nowadays knowledge is flowing like anything because of the Internet boom,

00:04:28

Speaker 1: there is knowledge available. The only thing is that you

00:04:31

Speaker 1: have to take that knowledge and apply it. That is

00:04:34

Speaker 1: where the real change happens,

00:04:37

Speaker 1: and if you follow the attitude of action and take

00:04:39

Speaker 1: action on everything you're learning.

00:04:42

Speaker 1: You will be a completely different person within no time.

00:04:46

Speaker 1: And this has been instrumental in my own transformation.

00:04:49

Speaker 1: And the next code is brotherhood. We human beings have

00:04:53

Speaker 1: always been animals of tribe. During our evolution, it has

00:04:57

Speaker 1: always been important that we stay in tribe because we

00:05:00

Speaker 1: are not the strongest of all the animals. We don't

00:05:03

Speaker 1: have the best of senses when you compare to other animals.

00:05:07

Speaker 1: But the one thing which has resulted in huge success

00:05:10

Speaker 1: as a species is working in tribes, we could help

00:05:14

Speaker 1: each other. We could collaborate and achieve

00:05:17

Speaker 1: things which we cannot imagine doing alone. That is why

00:05:21

Speaker 1: having a brotherhood is important. And no matter who you are,

00:05:25

Speaker 1: how strong you are or how talented you are. You

00:05:28

Speaker 1: may survive in this world, at least in the modern world,

00:05:31

Speaker 1: but you cannot thrive. And if you want to thrive,

00:05:33

Speaker 1: then you need to have a brotherhood,

00:05:36

Speaker 1: a group of like minded people around you who can

00:05:38

Speaker 1: help you and guide you and, uh always support you

00:05:42

Speaker 1: in your endeavour.

00:05:44

Speaker 1: And in this direction, I have created a community called

00:05:47

Speaker 1: stronger Men Club, which is specially meant for men like

00:05:51

Speaker 1: you and me who want to do well in life

00:05:53

Speaker 1: and become better version of ourselves.

00:05:56

Speaker 1: And if you want to be part of it, I'll, uh,

00:05:58

Speaker 1: wholeheartedly welcome you into the Stronger Men Club. And at

00:06:02

Speaker 1: the end of this podcast, I'll let you know how

00:06:05

Speaker 1: you can become part of it.

00:06:07

Speaker 1: And the last code is service. How good is your knowledge,

00:06:11

Speaker 1: your strength, your experiences, your money and resources If it

00:06:17

Speaker 1: exceeds your needs once you met your needs, the excess

00:06:22

Speaker 1: knowledge and resources and money and everything

00:06:26

Speaker 1: is better used. When you serve other people around you,

00:06:29

Speaker 1: it may be your family members. It may be your friends.

00:06:32

Speaker 1: It may be your immediate, uh, locality and community, or

00:06:35

Speaker 1: it may be

00:06:37

Speaker 1: the world at large. And if you dedicate yourself to service,

00:06:41

Speaker 1: I think you will be the most happiest person because

00:06:44

Speaker 1: it is known that most humans are givers and they

00:06:48

Speaker 1: find extreme happiness in serving other people and helping other people.

00:06:54

Speaker 1: And that is where the sixth chord comes from.

00:06:58

Speaker 1: And I'm someone who likes to help and serve other people.

00:07:01

Speaker 1: It gives me immense pleasure and happiness when I help

00:07:04

Speaker 1: people and see that it is impacting their life in

00:07:07

Speaker 1: a better way.

00:07:09

Speaker 1: And these are the six code of excellence. Uh, I

00:07:11

Speaker 1: have been following, and these have been really, really instrumental

00:07:14

Speaker 1: in my own journey of improvement and transformation. And I

00:07:18

Speaker 1: hope you have found this useful. And, um, I hope you, uh,

00:07:23

Speaker 1: use this and implement this in your own life and

00:07:26

Speaker 1: find great success in your life.

00:07:29

Speaker 1: And if you're someone who want to set goals for

00:07:31

Speaker 1: the year 2024 and become a better person in all

00:07:35

Speaker 1: areas of life, I'm doing something special. I'm conducting a

00:07:38

Speaker 1: workshop called Ticket to Transformation, which will be on, uh,

00:07:43

Speaker 1: coming Saturday, which is on sixth of January. And in

00:07:47

Speaker 1: this workshop, I'm going to share the exact way how

00:07:50

Speaker 1: you can set goals and make resolutions

00:07:52

Speaker 1: and follow it up with right actions to make progress

00:07:55

Speaker 1: and really get on the path to achieve your goals.

00:08:00

Speaker 1: I'm going to reveal you a system which is used

00:08:02

Speaker 1: by world champions and high achievers all over the world.

00:08:07

Speaker 1: And I'm fortunate that I got access to this system

00:08:11

Speaker 1: when I started my own journey of transformation. If you

00:08:14

Speaker 1: want to be part of this workshop,

00:08:17

Speaker 1: then you should get into a special WhatsApp group which

00:08:20

Speaker 1: I have created for the purpose. The link to the

00:08:23

Speaker 1: WhatsApp Group is in the description. Click on the link

00:08:25

Speaker 1: and get into the WhatsApp Group. I'll see you on

00:08:28
