[00:01:40] We do not attain the spiritual goal of life unless a Satku blesses us with His grace You are the following story in illustration of this statement Kaka Sai have Dixit, 1864 to 1926 Mr. Hari Sita R.A.A.A.S. Kaka Sai have Dixit was born in 1864

[00:02:06] In a Vadnagarnaagar, in a Brahmad family at Kardva, Central Province His primary education was done at Kardva, Hingun Kard and secondary education at Nakhma He came to Mumbai for higher education and started first in the Wilson College And then in the Elfisted College

[00:02:27] After graduation in 1883 he passed his LLB and solicitors examination And then served in the form of the government Solicitors, besers, little and cool And then after sometime started a solicitors' form of his own Before 1909, Sai Baba's name was not familiar to Kaka Sai

[00:02:50] But after that he soon became his great devotee While he was staying at LLB, he happened to see his old friend, Mr. Nanasaheb, Sadulkar Both spent some time in talking about many things Kaka Sai described to him how while he was boarding a train in London

[00:03:09] He met with an accident in which his foot slipped and was injured Hundreds of remedies gave him no relief Nanasaheb told him that he wished to get rid of the pain and limbless of his leg He should go to his Sadulkar, that is Sai Baba

[00:03:27] He also gave him all the particulars of Sai Baba And mentioned to him Sai Baba's victim I draw to me my man from far off even across the seven seas Like a sparrow with string fasten to its feet

[00:03:45] He also made it clear to him that if he was not Baba's man, he would not be attracted to him and give him the mission Kaka Sai was pleased to hear all this and said to Nanasaheb that he would go to Baba

[00:03:58] See him and pray to him to cure not much his leg But bring around his leg, fickle mine and give him eternal place Sometime after Kaka Sai went to Amad Nagar and stayed with Sir Dhar Kaka Sai Mirikar

[00:04:15] In connection with securing boats for a seat in the Mumbai Legislative Council Mr. Bala Sahib Mirikar, Sad of Kaka Sai Mirikar who was a marvellant daughter of Kopergav Also came at that time to Amad Nagar in connection with a horse exhibition there

[00:04:33] After the election business was over Kaka Sai Mirikar wanted to go to Shirdi And both the Mirikars, father and son were also thinking about a fit and a proper person as a guide With whom they should be said there There Sai Baba was arranging things for his reception

[00:04:50] Shama got a telegram from his father-in-law at Amad Nagar Stating that his wife was seriously ill and that he should come to see her with his wife Shama with Baba's permission went there So his mother enjoyed found her improving her better

[00:05:08] Nanasaheb Pansai and Apasaeb Ghadri happened to see Shama on their way to the exhibition And they told him to go to Mirikars house See Kaka Sai Diction there and take him to Shirdi along with him Kaka Sai Diction and Mirikars were also informed of Shama's arrival

[00:05:26] In the evening Shama came to Mirikars who introduced him to Kaka Sai They arranged that Shama should leave a Kopergav with Kaka Sai by their 10 o'clock night train After this was settled a curious thing happened

[00:05:41] Bara Sai Mirikar threw aside the wheel, covering on Baba's big portrait and showed the same to Kaka Sai He was surprised to see that he, who he was going to meet at Shirdi, was already there in the form of his portrait to greet him

[00:05:58] At this juncture he was much more moved and made his prostitution before the portrait This portrait belonged to Mirika The glass over it was broken and it was set to be rehearsed

[00:06:11] The necessary repairs had been already made and it was decided to return the portrait with Kaka Sai and Shama Before 10 o'clock they went to the station and booked their passage But when the train arrived they found that the second glass was overcrowded

[00:06:27] And that there was no room for them Fortunately the guard of the train turned out to be an acquaintance of Kaka Sai And he put them up in the first glass Thus they travelled comfortably and alighted at Kopergav

[00:06:40] They were joined new new bounds when they saw their Nana Sahib Sabbhulkar Who was also bound for Shirdi Kaka Sai and Nana Sahib embraced each other And then after being in the secret Gudavery River they started for Shirdi

[00:06:55] After coming there getting Baba's notion Kaka Sahib's mind was built His eyes were full of tears and he was overflowing with joy Baba said to him that he was also waiting for him And had sent Shama ahead to receive him

[00:07:10] Kaka Sai then passed many happy years in Baba's company He built a Vada in Shirdi which he made as his burolas The permanent hope The experiences he got from Baba are so many full That it is not possible to relate them all here

[00:07:27] The readers are advised to read a special That his Kaka Sahib Dixit number of Shisa Ilabhagzi Volume 12, number 6 tonight We close this account with the mention of one fact only Baba had comforted him by saying that in the end he will take him in air coach

[00:07:49] That is him that is secure him a happy death This came out true on the 5th of July 1926 He was travelling in the train with him Arpa and talking about Sai Baba He seemed deeply and gross inside Baba

[00:08:04] All of a sudden he threw his neck on him Arpa's shoulder And breathed his last with two trays of peat and uneasiness She ate beswami We come to the next story which shows how saints love each other With fraternal affection Once she wasu Devanad Saraswati

[00:08:33] Known as she took beswami and camped at Rajabhagindi Andri Kuntri on the banks of the Guldabhu He was devout orthodox Nyanu And yogi pakta of the Tatra One, Mr. Pundali Keral, pleader of Nandi, Nizam State Went to see him with some friends While they were talking with him

[00:08:58] The names of Shirdi and Sai Baba were casually mentioned Hearing Baba's name the Swami joined hands with reverence And taking a coconut gave it to Pundali Keral and set to him Offer this to my brother's side with my Pundam

[00:09:13] And request him not to forget me but ever loved me He also added that Swami's do not generally bow to others But in this case an exception had to be made Mr. Pundali Keral considered to take the coconut And his message to Baba

[00:09:30] The Swami was right in calling Baba Abradha For as he maintained an agony hout throw That his sacred fire, D.N.N. In his orthodox fashion Baba took kept his agony hout throw That his doony, reverberating in the basket

[00:09:46] After one month Pundali Keral and others left for Shirdi With the coconut and reach Pundamad And as they felt thirsty they went to a river with drinking water As water should not be drunk on an empty stomach They took out some refreshments that it chivalra

[00:10:03] Flaturn drys mixed with spices The chivalra tasted most pundit And in order to soften it As someone suggested, broke the coconut And mixed its crappings with it Thus they made the chivalra more tasty and palatable Unfortunately the coconut turned out to be the same

[00:10:23] That was entrusted to Pundali Keral As in your Shirdi, Pundali Keral remembered the trust That is the coconut and was very sorry to learn That it was broken and consumed He came to Shirdi and saw Baba Baba had already received a wireless message

[00:10:40] Regarding the coconut from T.B. Swami And himself asked Pundali Keral first to give the thing sent by his brother He held fast Baba's feet, confessed his guilt And negligence and repented and asked for Baba's pardon He offered to give another fruit as a substitute

[00:10:59] But Baba refused to accept it Saying that the worth of that coconut was far more than that of an ordinary one And that it could not be replaced by another Baba also added Now you need not worry yourself anymore about the matter

[00:11:16] It was an account of my wish that the coconut was entrusted to you And I deliberately broken on the way Why should you take responsibility of the actions on you? Do not entertain the sense of worship In doing good as well as for bad deeds

[00:11:33] We entirely prideless and eagulous in all things And thus, the spiritual progress will be rapid What a beautiful spiritual instruction Baba gave Balram Durandar 1878 1925 Mr Balram Durandar belonged to the part-hary property of Santa Cruz Mumbai He was an advocate of the Mumbai High Court

[00:12:03] And sometime, principal of the government law school The whole Durandar family was pious and religious Mr Balram served his community and wrote and published an account of it He then turned his attention to spiritual and religious matters He studied Gita Khaful and its commentary

[00:12:26] Dhaneshwari and other philosophical and metaphysical works He was a devotee of Vitoba of Pandarpur He came in contact with Sai Baba in 1912 Six months earlier, his brothers Babulji and Vabhadra came to Shirdi And took Baba's Darsha They returned home and mentioned their sweet experiences to Balram

[00:12:48] And other members Then they all decided to see Sai Baba Before they came to Shirdi, Baba declared openly That today many of my Darvar people are coming The Durandar brothers were astonished to hear this remark of Baba

[00:13:04] From others as they had not given any previous intimidation of their trip All other people prostrated themselves before Baba And sat talking with him, Baba said to them, These are my Darvar people Home I refer to before and said to the Durandar brothers

[00:13:23] We have been with each other for the last 60 generations All the brothers were gentle and modest They stood with joint hands looking at Baba's feet All the satvic emotions such as tears, choking etc Move them and they were all happy They went to their lodging

[00:13:43] Took their meals and after taking a little rest Again came back to the mosque Balram sat near Baba, massaging his legs Baba who was smoking the chilem Advanced it towards him and beckoned him to smoke it Balram was not accustomed to smoking

[00:13:59] Still he accepted the pipe, smoked it with great difficulty And it turned it reverently This was the most auspicious moment for Balram He was suffering from asthma for six years This smoke completely cured him of the disease Which never troubled him again

[00:14:18] Some six years later on a particular day he again got to the attack of asthma This was precisely the time when Baba took his Mahasabhati The day of this visit was a Thursday And the brother brothers had the good fortune of witnessing the Saudi procession that night

[00:14:36] At the Arthi function in the Saudi Balram saw the glow of Panduram on Baba's face And next morning at the Kakad Arthi time The same fellow was the same last year of the beloved deity Panduram was visible again on Baba's face Mr Balram, the road in Bharati

[00:14:56] The life of the Maharashtra same Tukara But he did not survive to see its publication It was published later on by his brothers in 1928 In a short note on Balram's life Given in the beginning of that book And the above account of Balram's visit has been fully corroborated

[00:15:16] Viri paid six off the book Bought to Shisa, Pistoral, O'M, Zaira
