प्रयोगशाळेत किंवा फॅक्टरीत कीटकनाशकाची बाटली तयार झाल्यानंतर ती शेतकऱ्यांच्या हातात पडेपर्यंतचा प्रवास खूप लांबलचक आहे. या बाबतीत जगात सगळ्यात जास्त लालफितीचा कारभार भारतात आहे. या लांबलचक प्रवासात चार आण्याची कोंबडी बारा रुपयांपर्यंत महागते. सरकारी फाईलींवर ठेवलेल्या वजनांसह, कंपन्यांनी विक्रेत्याला थाईलंडमधे दिलेल्या मसाजचे बिल देखील शेतकऱ्याच्या खात्यातूनच वजा होते.
After a bottle of insecticide is produced in a laboratory or factory, it is a long journey till it reaches the hands of the farmer. Red tape is the main cause of the delay. Price of the products escalates in this long journey. Ultimately the farmer has to pay the cost.
