[00:00:32] What does this indicate? It indicates the universal energy. There is energy that goes up and there is another set of energy that keeps you grounded. But take your tongue. So, let us sit with our spine like body relaxed and I closed.
[00:00:55] Let's take a deep breath in cold breath and let go. First, let us on a round body. Our body is precious to us from each other. You are sitting comfortably on a chair or on the floor
[00:01:56] and 100% attention on your body. Your body is held tight to the ground by the gravitational force. Become a weight of the gravitational force which basically is your weight and it's keeping your body on the ground.
[00:02:36] Let us pay attention to the gravitational force of our features such a deep influence on us. And keeping us glued to the ground, often we take things for granted, simple things.
[00:03:33] We don't pay attention to. Now is the time. Let us pay attention to the gravitational force which is unseen and holding you to the ground without which your body would be flying. Feel the energy that is pulling you towards the ground.
[00:04:07] Every living being is made up of the dual energy of Yin and Yan, male and female. The sea-mail energies of the mother-de-bye, the mother-out, mother-out is holding you tight. Let's just pay our attention to this force of nature but water both of them in our energy.

[00:07:40] Let us just have an intention to get up, not really get up. A feeling and intention to get up and not heal. How the body feels lighter and the energy starts moving upward from every cell of our body.
[00:09:42] The intention to take this make your body healthier and the intention to get up and get going through something makes you feel lighter. Life is a balance of stability and dynamism, deepest and action. Once again just have an intention to get up and don't get up.
[00:10:32] Notice the energies flowing up and defying the gravitation make you feel lighter. Now let go and just relax and take your mind to the seed. Now mind is subtler than air and full of energy. Mind can lift up like in and flow like water.

[00:12:40] You guys the balance of rest and that pivot. Whenever we sleep or mind is too tired with the earth and water element it begins to take. The beginning of rest is one as with the earth and water element.
[00:13:39] And the waking up is associated with fire and air element. Let's take a little more attention to our breath now. The planar. Let's take a attention to the top of the head of planar life-force is that fire moving up fire. Become aware of every cell of your body.
[00:15:16] Having a seat up and having the throne are going up. Invite this moment. A body is tight of the gulf and can move in mind is like the glow. So the flame is moving up. Notice this very attention brings a feeling of lightness with it.
[00:16:44] Which mentally become aware of the space above head. Let's mentally feel the ceiling of the hall around your sitting. The energy that is used touching the roof, not to intentionally listen to anything just a gentle attention.
[00:17:52] It's good enough. When you breathing your touching the roof and as you breathe out, you have spread yourself on the floor. With this idea, it is a societic breath. But feeling in our mind, a societic breath with its sensations.
[00:19:06] Which is anyway there. Just to take a little attention of much. When you breathe in, you are taking your attention to the ceiling and you breathe out with a smile. You're coming to the floor and spreading day like water. Consciousness is going up like fire.
[00:19:43] Coming down. It comes like water. Now this process, any unpleasant feeling that comes up. Just let it be. As this is a cleansing process, some dust from underneath the carpet make come out. Never mind, these thoughts and feelings are only coming up to exit.
[00:20:36] Say goodbye to them with this smile. Pleasant feelings are a very neat chock unpleasant feelings or the distortion and become disaffia. This moment, pleasant, pleasant, have a mutual to them all. Let go of all your efforts. You are in perfect balance this moment.
