And being occupied in our work life , we tend to miss out on this most important aspect of our being, our health.
[00:00:00] Welcome to Joyous Women Podcast and today's episode is related with your health, why you
[00:00:08] are on your entrepreneurship journey. This is from a very recent experience of mine which
[00:00:16] is as recent as the last week. I was somehow not keeping well, I was under the weather
[00:00:23] and Tuesdays are my podcast days, Thursdays are my YouTube video days and Saturdays are
[00:00:32] my Instagram live days. Now Monday morning when I woke up I was just not having the energy
[00:00:42] to you know do the bare minimum the entire day and back of the mind I was running that
[00:00:49] tomorrow is Tuesday and I have my podcast schedule for Tuesday and how I generally do is I prepare
[00:00:56] well in advance and post it a day prior I mean pre-schedule is generally what I do but this
[00:01:03] particular day Monday I was not keeping well and hence I could not post it. I was like
[00:01:12] I will not break the momentum, I will not break my consistency but I kept trying I opened
[00:01:19] my laptop twice but I was just not in that right zone of recording and I said give me
[00:01:27] a break for a while and I'll think about it. Tuesday morning when I woke up I was
[00:01:34] again I mean because I had cough and all my throat didn't allow me. I then said to myself
[00:01:43] that it's okay if I'm not well and it is even okay if I don't want to break my consistency
[00:01:51] but let me give it a try and trust me when I went into that flow when I went into
[00:01:56] that momentum of doing my work I could actually do it and that's how my previous episode came
[00:02:05] out. Talking about my YouTube video scheduling of Thursdays that too I did it on the very
[00:02:14] same day and if you see the video you'll clearly make out I was not feeling well at
[00:02:20] all and I did it because I didn't want to break my momentum as I just shared and by Friday evening
[00:02:29] I was all well and I could do my install live on the Saturday. What I figured out from the
[00:02:37] entire week is that I have always prioritized my health no doubt on that but things like
[00:02:44] you know weather and all that at times goes out of your control as well so that entire week I
[00:02:51] again kept saying myself that five days of my productive time I've gone wasted had I not
[00:02:58] you know because there were a few projects on the back end which got delayed and which I'm
[00:03:03] doing it in the current week now and that was the first week the start week of the month
[00:03:08] so I mean I had set in few timelines for myself so I just you know kept pondering the entire week
[00:03:15] that had had I been in the perfect health my things would have been accomplished and my momentum
[00:03:21] would have not been shaken for a while. So this is to each women hearing out this that you know
[00:03:29] your health is the utmost priority it reflects in all the other areas if you're not keeping well
[00:03:37] there will be a reflection there'll be you know that will reflect in every aspect of your life
[00:03:45] be it your work life or be it any any other aspects also so even while you're building your
[00:03:52] business no matter how busy you are how occupied you are or if you are in a profession no matter
[00:03:59] how strict your timelines your deadlines are always keep yourself on the priority do not ever
[00:04:07] compromise your health for any anything a body requires proper number of hours of sleep
[00:04:15] body requires good quality nutritious food please come out of that junk munching habits
[00:04:22] of the packed food prefer eating home cooked healthy fresh foods and again when it comes to sleeping
[00:04:30] hours please schedule yourself give yourself the liberty of sleeping for good number of hours
[00:04:38] because that will also affect your productivity and this is from that space of experiencing
[00:04:47] last one week of not keeping well that was just a mere weather condition kaffan cold that's it but
[00:04:55] I could not work the way I have been working or the way I want to I could see the outputs were
[00:05:03] not to my level of expectations so this is to each one of you stay focused on your health
[00:05:10] even if you are absolutely focused on your work life and your family responsibilities never
