Speaker 1: And in 2018, we opened an office quality makes a lot of difference. When quality is there, people love to give whatever they are ready to pay money.
Speaker 1: So customers one time it took but today the India is changed. Uh if you just like simply people love to go for a branded products like iphone,
Speaker 1: right? One place.
Speaker 1: So like Samsung, they know very clearly this this brand works,
Speaker 1: right? Hi model, they're ready to pay any money because they know the quality.
Speaker 1: But like there are so many brands, I'm just giving a few, right? Ok. Why brand quality number the long term? Right? Are you giving quality? Then your company, the new business become a trusted business quality.
Speaker 1: Can you bring quality Hallmark?
Speaker 1: Right? So 1 30 repeat repeat purchase employs them with the long term. What is required is trust that business quality as a boss, you stand for quality in service quality in products, quality in everything

Speaker 1: a video,
Speaker 1: a blog
Speaker 1: when we see that high number, the business owners, they don't catch these things and they don't document
Speaker 1: when you document when you show the word in
Speaker 1: is right? So capture all your achievements,
Speaker 1: processes, quality showed to the world. You can't see the customer in a number,
Speaker 1: right? Amazing. And next
Speaker 1: are the important
Speaker 1: quality, honesty, social proof consistent somewhere. If you're not following this consistency, like you know, you know, problem
Speaker 1: um like on quality product, you know, if somebody cheats your customer company, then suddenly we become inconsistent.
Speaker 1: Some stake business are like delivering the product and the quality that inconsistency is the enemy to become long term trusted brand. A
