The Collaborators for Transforming Education is a public-private partnership with the Department of School Education and Sports (DSES), Government of Maharashtra, facilitated by EdelGive Foundation. Through this coalition, EdelGive intends to solve the multifaceted problems of education by bringing reforms at a systemic level. EdelGive began this partnership in 2016 to support the Government of Maharashtra in addressing gaps in learning outcomes of children studying in the government schools of the state. The programme began in four special focus districts of Maharashtra and has since expanded to six districts, with seven funders and two implementing partners, reaching over 1.3 million children in 4 years.
