[00:00:03] Hey everyone, this is Voice with Warikoo, my or Ankur Warikoo.

[00:00:07] In this English podcast series, I cover a lot of things in this English podcast series.

[00:00:11] Career, relationships, personal finance, success, failure, and frankly, something else that comes to the time.

[00:00:19] Every week on Thursday, a new episode on your favorite podcast platform.

[00:00:24] Voice with Warikoo.

[00:00:28] So I received an email this morning.

[00:00:31] One morning, an email came.

[00:00:32] Eight years of experience has two job offers and is confused to choose one.

[00:00:37] So it's an experience of eight years.

[00:00:39] Two job offers have been met, but they're confused that they choose what they both have.

[00:00:43] And in his exact words, both offers are the same.

[00:00:46] Same CTC, same brand value, same stability, same location.

[00:00:51] So by saying that, both offers are the same.

[00:00:55] Salary is the same, brand value is the same.

[00:00:59] Stability is the same, the same location is the same.

[00:01:03] And he was asking, he was asking, which of the two offers should I choose?

[00:01:09] My answer was exactly this.

[00:01:10] This was my reply.

[00:01:13] If both are the same, then you should just toss a coin, right?

[00:01:17] Clearly, both are not the same.

[00:01:20] If both are the same, then you can decide as a good choice.

[00:01:22] You can decide as a good choice.

[00:01:24] You don't want to toss a coin, right?

[00:01:26] So this means that both are the same.

[00:01:28] So number one, stop lying to yourself.

[00:01:31] It is the biggest reason why you will make terrible decisions.

[00:01:37] Because you're dishonest with your own self.

[00:01:40] So number one, stop saying to yourself.

[00:01:42] Stop saying to yourself.

[00:01:44] This is the biggest reason why you will make bad decisions.

[00:01:47] That you only say to yourself.

[00:01:51] Then number two, answer honestly, which option do you prefer?

[00:01:56] Do not think of what you should do or what is the right thing to do.

[00:01:59] Instead, ask yourself, what do you want to do?

[00:02:03] Number two, honestly, ask yourself.

[00:02:18] And then number three, given your preferred option, what is the problem?

[00:02:23] What's the hesitation?

[00:02:24] What is troubling you?

[00:02:25] What are your fears?

[00:02:26] And solve for those.

[00:02:28] Because that is the only and the most important thing to solve for.

[00:02:32] Everything else is a distraction.

[00:02:35] Number three, whatever you prefer option is,

[00:02:38] now ask yourself what the problem is.

[00:02:40] Hesitation is a hesitation.

[00:02:41] Which thing is that you are struggling with?

[00:02:44] What is your fear?

[00:02:46] What is it?

[00:02:47] Solve them.

[00:02:47] That is the most important thing.

[00:02:51] Everything else is just distraction.

[00:02:55] Solve for what comes in your way of doing what you want to do.

[00:03:08] Because that is the only and the most important thing.

[00:03:13] Because that is just the most important thing.

[00:03:18] All the best.
