[00:00:03] Hey everyone, this is Voice with Warikoo, my or Ankur Warikoo. In this English podcast series, I cover many things in this English podcast. Career, relationships, personal finance, success, failure and frankly, something else that comes to the time. Every week on Thursday, a new episode on your favorite podcast platform. Voice with Warikoo.
[00:00:29] lawyer, career, what the most frequent remark I hear is that, Ankur, I don't like any kind of thing. These people are not good at coding, I don't like coding. These people say so good at I don't like to say so good at I don't like to say so good at the same time. These people are not good at editing for editing sometime. These people are so good at the sales where I don't like to say sales. This is very good in one of its own. And this one of them is not good at that.
[00:00:58] And I think that this is a limited way to look at career. Look, career can be two ways. One way we know is that whatever you do, you become the best. The world's top 1%, 5%. And I think that this is one way to make an epic career. But there is another way to make it.
[00:01:23] And that is, the top 20% of the things that are very low. I'll share an example. Can I be the best teacher of the world? No. Can I be the best speaker of the world? No. Can I have the greatest social media following? No. No. Can I be the greatest things in simple ways?
[00:01:54] No. Can I be the best team of the world? No. Can I be the best people of the world? No. But I'm the best people of all. How many people of the world have gone? I've learned. How many people of the world have gone? I want to be a better person. They can go ahead and ask them. They can say. They can speak. They have 15 million social media followers. They have their own problems. They have their own startups.
[00:02:25] They have a good feeling. It's a very beautiful team. They have their best team. They help us. They are very well. I am becoming a person. No one can define me. These things are all together. These things are all together. And this is my biggest thing to do.
[00:02:51] That career in your success is not a big talent which defines your existence. Your career in your success is a small and small talent which can be very much more than a big talent. This note is my new book.
[00:03:18] It's called Build an Epic Career. I have been working on 24 years and 20 years of career. I have been working on a lot of career. I have been working on a lot of times. I was confused and confused. I was not confused. Where will I go? Will I go? Of course, in 20 years, 30, or 40 years I am looking at the book of career. How will I be building a career?
[00:03:46] How will I be successful? And these things are the 20, 30, 40 years of career for your own. Sometimes, in Hindi and English. All the best!
