Employees who behave badly (think: yelling or screaming at co-workers, slacking off, disrupting the workplace environment, etc.) can be toxic to the workplace. And while it is tempting to ignore the behavior and hope it goes away, that rarely works. Ignoring the behavior can also lead to your good employees jumping ship. In this episode, we discuss why it is so important to address bad behavior, as well as the best ways to do so.
