Sometimes by not doing anything you can find calm and peace. In this constant hustle bustle of everyday. We all have forgotten to take a pause and rest. 
We start feeling restless even if we are just lying down or watching movie. The constant feeling of "I could have done more during the day". In other words, we all have forget " Art of doing nothing ".
In today's world, where everyone is motivated to do new things everyday. I wanted to send a reminder to you to do "Nothing" sometimes. 
So enjoy the sweetness of doing nothing and just be present in the moment.
