A winning mindset involves a commitment to continuous growth and improvement. Individuals who adopt this mindset view failures as opportunities for learning rather than as insurmountable obstacles.
[00:00:11] [SPEAKER_00]: Hello everyone, I am Mona-Lisa Lal and you are listening to podcast of Mona-log.
[00:00:17] [SPEAKER_00]: I came with a new episode and it's extension of my previous podcast which is Mindset or Skillset.
[00:00:25] [SPEAKER_00]: So it's extension of it and it's winning is a mindset and losing is a mindset.
[00:00:31] [SPEAKER_00]: Because it's very much important to understand that it's your belief system that makes you win.
[00:00:40] [SPEAKER_00]: You have belief that you can win, so you win.
[00:00:46] [SPEAKER_00]: Why there are few people's you know they win every time no matter what they try but they win.
[00:00:54] [SPEAKER_00]: And there are some people who fails no matter how hard they try and they feel that they are unlucky and all that.
[00:01:04] [SPEAKER_00]: But the point is we never look inside, we never introspect ourselves that why?
[00:01:12] [SPEAKER_00]: Why we are losing?
[00:01:15] [SPEAKER_00]: We never ask good questions to ourself that why we are losing or why we are winning.
[00:01:23] [SPEAKER_00]: We need to understand what kind of self-talk we are having with ourself.
[00:01:31] [SPEAKER_00]: Is it a motivating one or it's demotivating?
[00:01:35] [SPEAKER_00]: It's a belief that I can't win or it's a belief that if I work hard I can win.
[00:01:44] [SPEAKER_00]: So the people who practice so hard, so hard and they win they have that inner motivation.
[00:01:52] [SPEAKER_00]: They have the discipline that makes them win.
[00:01:57] [SPEAKER_00]: But there are cases where people work hard and they just left behind by one or two score or point.
[00:02:06] [SPEAKER_00]: So the point is not to demotivate.
[00:02:12] [SPEAKER_00]: Keep yourself always in the high spirit and listen to your self-talk.
[00:02:19] [SPEAKER_00]: Understand what kind of thoughts are going inside.
[00:02:23] [SPEAKER_00]: We have 40 to 60 thousand thoughts every day.
[00:02:29] [SPEAKER_00]: And what kind of thoughts you are focusing on.
[00:02:32] [SPEAKER_00]: Because those thoughts are becoming your belief system.
[00:02:37] [SPEAKER_00]: All the fears, all the limitations, all that feeling of stuckness is in mind, is nowhere else.
[00:02:49] [SPEAKER_00]: It's not actually outside.
[00:02:52] [SPEAKER_00]: So all the work has to be done within ourself.
[00:02:57] [SPEAKER_00]: We need to work on our mindset.
[00:02:58] [SPEAKER_00]: We need to work our belief system.
[00:03:02] [SPEAKER_00]: We need to listen to our self-talk.
[00:03:05] [SPEAKER_00]: You can journal about your self-talk, write down your thoughts every single day
[00:03:11] [SPEAKER_00]: and see what kind of thoughts appearing again and again.
[00:03:16] [SPEAKER_00]: And think about it. Why those kind of thoughts are appearing?
[00:03:21] [SPEAKER_00]: Look around yourself.
[00:03:23] [SPEAKER_00]: See what kind of people you are mingling with.
[00:03:27] [SPEAKER_00]: What is your environment?
[00:03:29] [SPEAKER_00]: These all things are very, very important for a good mindset.
[00:03:35] [SPEAKER_00]: And anyone can work on it.
[00:03:38] [SPEAKER_00]: So thank you so much. We'll be back with another episode.
[00:03:41] [SPEAKER_00]: Thank you.
