Speaker 1: a lot of couples when we, we are having a

Speaker 1: recent discussion with one of Abu's friend's wife.

Speaker 1: Ok. And she is like, hey, I do it for

Speaker 1: a couple of days. Work out after that. I do

Speaker 1: not have a habit of, I don't have a Yeah,

Speaker 1: she can't continue. That consistency is the issue. I think

Speaker 1: some of the listeners and watchers of this particular podcast

Speaker 1: will also have this issue. Isn't it true? Yeah. So

Speaker 1: from our discussion, we got to understand that the discipline

Speaker 1: is a major issue with the people addressing this particular issue.

Speaker 1: 21 days challenge to our community members. Yeah. Would you

Speaker 1: like to share a little bit about what you are,

Speaker 1: understand from this? And what is your, uh, insights from

Speaker 1: the 21 days challenge?

Speaker 2: Yes. So this 21 day challenge is like every day,

Speaker 2: some task is given to them. Yes. And uh like
00:03:20
Speaker 2: maybe there are 4 to 5 points which they need
00:03:22
Speaker 2: to complete on the entire day and end of the
00:03:24
Speaker 2: day they are supposed to tell they have done like,
00:03:25
Speaker 2: for example, it's like what they've eaten or how many
00:03:28
Speaker 2: steps they've completed or is it like a homework?
00:03:31
Speaker 2: Yes. Yes. And uh they have to do it and
00:03:34
Speaker 2: then they share the progress in the evening and this
00:03:37
Speaker 2: is how they're doing 21 days and they're getting more results,
00:03:40
Speaker 2: but it's not just like what I'm saying because as
00:03:43
Speaker 2: you said, one or two days you might do it,
00:03:45
Speaker 2: then you might, you know, again, feel like a maybe I,
00:03:48
Speaker 2: I can't do
00:03:48
Speaker 2: this. But when you see other people doing it in
00:03:51
Speaker 2: a community, they are posting and everything and like, ok,

Speaker 2: why can't I also do it if that person is
00:03:55
Speaker 2: doing yes, same. So that is how people are showing

Speaker 2: progress every day. And by doing this 21 days, they

Speaker 2: are really getting very great results.

Speaker 1: So this is like

Speaker 1: a cheat code is what I find. Uh what I

Speaker 1: find from the people who actually complete the 21 day
00:04:11
Speaker 1: challenge because the day one of 21 day challenge like everybody,

Speaker 1: oh I'm posting it. Everybody is like, ok, I'm the

Speaker 1: first one to post it. I will share the task

Speaker 1: all of that. But at the 21st day, that is

Speaker 1: where the people finishes is what you will be doing.

Speaker 1: So the point here is

Speaker 1: in our 21 day challenge, it is a holistic fitness

Speaker 1: challenge and it's only limited to our members of a community.

Speaker 1: It's not open to everybody. Those who are part of

Speaker 1: challenge because we bring in elements of spirituality, meditation. We

Speaker 1: bring in aspects of uh mindful eating into it. We

Speaker 1: obviously have fitness aspect to it. We have our understanding

Speaker 1: of gratitude. We bring in gratitude, goal, writing everything what

Speaker 1: myself and amul we have learned from the last many

Speaker 1: years and we bring that into this particular 21 day challenge.

Speaker 1: And this 21 day challenge,

Speaker 1: what happens is they start having a total perspective change

Speaker 1: about themselves, about fitness and about people around them. Because

Speaker 1: one of the things which I ask tasks which I

Speaker 1: give them is write down five things about your family members,
00:05:36
Speaker 1: good things about your family members. And after they do
00:05:40
Speaker 1: it right, they come and they tell me that, hey,

Speaker 1: I never thought this is a, they are so much good.

Speaker 1: I always was
00:05:47
Speaker 1: like focused on, yeah, we take it for granted and
00:05:51
Speaker 1: we look at the small things, OK, go to dad. Yeah, very.

Speaker 1: These small things, right? But when you look into the

Speaker 1: macro view, when you sit down and you just close
00:06:01
Speaker 1: your eyes and look into the, what are they good
00:06:03
Speaker 1: at what they have? Helped me how they are good
00:06:06
Speaker 1: at that will really change the perspective and then
00:06:10
Speaker 1: it really shift the game because now they are good

Speaker 1: with people in the family, in the colleagues with anybody,

Speaker 1: isn't it?

Speaker 2: They start seeing the good things as you mentioned and

Speaker 2: they will be like, OK, always let me not point

Speaker 2: out at their mistakes. Let me find out some good

Speaker 2: things out of them. And that's really very important because always,

Speaker 2: you know why the small fights or misunderstanding happened between people,

Speaker 2: maybe with or spouse or anybody
00:06:36
Speaker 2: that is because I, I find out only like, ok,

Speaker 2: that one thing which you did wrong as you said,

Speaker 2: like through keeping towel anywhere that happens between us also, right?

Speaker 2: So you keep it anywhere and I'll be like, why,

Speaker 2: why did you keep it? Yeah, but like how we
00:06:50
Speaker 2: can see on the brighter side like what good things
00:06:53
Speaker 2: you are doing and focusing on that and it's just
00:06:56
Speaker 2: a towel. If I'm not liking it, let me go

Speaker 2: and put it somewhere, right? Instead of arguing on that,

Speaker 2: arguing on that point, I feel that's important. So I

Speaker 2: have a question for you. It's like you said 21 days.

Speaker 2: But like maybe I'm, you know, like traveling. Can I

Speaker 2: still follow this 21 days even when I'm traveling? Yeah.

Speaker 1: So there is one person I think she did it

Speaker 1: while traveling. Uh The thing is we kept it very
00:07:22
Speaker 1: simple

Speaker 1: at the same time. Very much practical. Ok. So what

Speaker 1: we do, I'll give a little perspective here is we

Speaker 1: ask them to do certain things in terms of physically
00:07:32
Speaker 1: doing exercise or certain things, other than that, they have
00:07:35
Speaker 1: to take a picture of the food, what they're eating. So,

Speaker 1: whatever the food they are eating, they, they take a picture.

Speaker 1: So what is the background behind taking pictures?
00:07:44
Speaker 1: If you are taking a picture and posting it into
00:07:46
Speaker 1: a group, you will eat healthy. OK? You will not
00:07:49
Speaker 1: eat unhealthy and put a picture. That's what the impact
00:07:52
Speaker 1: happens is that people, even if they are going outside
00:07:55
Speaker 1: having a vacation, having all of that, they become smart
00:07:58
Speaker 1: in eating, their mindful eating will start happening. So answer
00:08:01
Speaker 1: to your question is absolutely yes. And they can do that.

Speaker 1: But intent should be right. If the intent is
00:08:07
Speaker 1: even at a home, somebody can't follow it. Somebody who
00:08:10
Speaker 1: is like traveling all the days, but still they can
00:08:12
Speaker 1: do it. It's the intent and the commitment towards it
00:08:16
Speaker 1: that will what will be done. So we'll like to
00:08:19
Speaker 1: take a couple. OK? And give that example because they

Speaker 1: just recently completed the 21 day challenge. Very, very disciplined, very,
00:08:27
Speaker 1: very uh nice couple. So their name is uh Sunil
00:08:30
Speaker 1: and Swathi.
00:08:31
Speaker 1: OK. So Sunil and Swathi joined a community probably about 2,
00:08:34
Speaker 1: 2.5 months back. OK? And they are very busy and successful.

Speaker 1: Uh couple and uh they became a community with the
00:08:41
Speaker 1: aspect of way I want to get fit. I want
00:08:43
Speaker 1: to lose some weight. I want to do all of that.
00:08:45
Speaker 1: So what is you saw different in them compared to
00:08:49
Speaker 1: other people who were started the 21 day challenge? But
00:08:53
Speaker 1: uh with these people.
00:08:55
Speaker 2: So first thing is I just said a couple, right? Like,
00:08:59
Speaker 2: so you both whether uh if, if only one person

Speaker 2: was doing this, maybe the other person is not, this
00:09:05
Speaker 2: is not be aligned this like, OK, I need to
00:09:07
Speaker 2: prepare two different things. Maybe he's going to eat this,
00:09:09
Speaker 2: I'm going to eat this, but they both are aligned.

Speaker 2: They both had a plan, they both were in this
00:09:13
Speaker 2: challenge that helped them. And I remember when Sunil mentioned

Speaker 2: it in his message that uh for one of my

Speaker 2: reason for
00:09:21
Speaker 2: in his 21 days was because of Swati and he
00:09:23
Speaker 2: was thankful to her as you said that he found
00:09:26
Speaker 2: out good things out of her, right? So he did

Speaker 2: mention that because they both were supporting each other, pushing
00:09:32
Speaker 2: each other. And that is what I found as a couple,

Speaker 2: they were able to do it, you know, every day,
00:09:37
Speaker 2: every day, they were doing it, whatever points you were
00:09:39
Speaker 2: telling they were completing it together. And 21 days after that,

Speaker 2: we saw that they both got goods.

Speaker 1: And now

Speaker 1: some of you like who are not a couple who

Speaker 1: are maybe a bachelors listening to this podcast. Watching this podcast,

Speaker 1: you like make a girl with a couple. Don't like

Speaker 1: the point here is two people is a couple. Ok.

Speaker 1: So it can be your siblings, it can be a

Speaker 1: spouse or it can be a girlfriend or boyfriend. It

Speaker 1: can be just a friend. Anybody just tag on to somebody,

Speaker 1: make them as an accountability partner and get on board. Yeah.

Speaker 1: talk here is uh don't give that excuse that you

Speaker 1: are not a couple. So it doesn't matter. There are

Speaker 1: many people who are not a couple also have been

Speaker 1: really successful in this 21 day challenge. But this podcast
