[00:00:00] Hello lovely people, warm welcome to Hina's Emo wisdom podcast. This is Hina Ambareen Khan,

[00:00:05] certified wellness girl, certified life course speaker, author, former soil scientist from

[00:00:10] Indian Institute of Science. Lovely people, here I am bringing up the most beautiful topics

[00:00:15] that resonates with your lives and also the life experiences which is all based on the research.

[00:00:21] And you know what nowadays what people are preferring is minimalism. You understand as per

[00:00:31] the psychologist because that's going to transform the relationships forever. It's a lifestyle

[00:00:38] with a mindset where you are trying to advocate yourself at its core where minimalism is about

[00:00:48] stripping away excess to actually focus on what truly matters in our homes, in our day-to-day needs,

[00:00:57] minds as well as in our relationships. This is not just about reducing the clutter,

[00:01:06] it actually is about making deliberate choices that lead to more meaningful and fulfilling life.

[00:01:11] When you are focusing on the essentials my dear friends, minimalism offers a path to

[00:01:17] clarity, peace and satisfaction. What are the benefits? There are three-fourths. Physically,

[00:01:25] it leads to more organized living, reducing stress and increases productivity as per the

[00:01:32] research. Psychologically, it encourages mindfulness, intentionality, promoting mental

[00:01:40] clarity, reducing anxiety because we want so much in life. We have so much of expectations

[00:01:47] in everything the attachments that is leading to anxiety. So when you are minimalizing things

[00:01:54] it helps to reduce anxiety by eliminating unnecessary distractions. Individuals can better

[00:02:02] focus on their goals and values. Let me tell you the best example is now we are all so much

[00:02:09] addicted to the screen. We are back home, either we are using the remote and just starting

[00:02:15] to watch the movies and all that because we are totally tired and we are glued to the screen

[00:02:21] or we have the phone and we are just like scrolling and scrolling and scrolling and wasting

[00:02:25] hours together without even knowing what's the value of time. Socially, minimalism,

[00:02:34] it fosters deeper meaningful connections by emphasizing the quality over quantity in

[00:02:42] relationships and experiences. It is like aligning our environment and mindset with

[00:02:46] our core values. That's very important when we align our life, our mind with the core values

[00:02:55] that we are actually living a meaningful life because minimalism, it profoundly enhances

[00:03:00] our overall well-being. I bet you. So when we have this, because I want to get into the depth

[00:03:08] of minimalism that I am going to do it in the next episode of Hina's EmoWisdom Podcast.

[00:03:15] Till then see to that. You do not waste your time. You do not waste your money.

[00:03:23] You do not waste your efforts, your feelings, your energy and that which is of no value.

[00:03:32] Everything has a value but in excess which is not needed for you. For instance,

[00:03:37] you want to explain something to someone, it's of no use because the more you explain,

[00:03:42] the more when that person itself is not ready to understand what's the point.

[00:03:46] You are unnecessarily wasting your time and energy. If unnecessarily because to show people

[00:03:52] or because you feel that happiness, you are trying to get so many things but that may not

[00:03:57] fetch that importance but still you want it only to give that satisfaction, that happy

[00:04:02] feeling to yourself. But on a larger aspect, on a broader aspect if you're going to see,

[00:04:09] it is not going to fetch anything. It's a waste of money. You should have those things which add

[00:04:16] value to your life, to your time, to your being. Till then my dear friends, I have to talk in

[00:04:27] depth about this because it's one of the most beautiful topics that just blown me away and I

[00:04:31] want to share all this with you. How it's going to help you, in which form it's going

[00:04:36] to help you. Everything I'm going to bring in detail with you. Till then,

[00:04:41] have a wonderful weekend, have a beautiful time. Just keep smiling. Smile brings lot of good

[00:04:50] and it removes lots of worries of your life. You may feel that even when we are going through

[00:04:58] the rough phase, how can we smile? Just smile and that's one of the beautiful trick

[00:05:03] to ward away the negativity from your life. Till then, stay blessed, stay happy. See you,

[00:05:09] ta ta and bye bye and do not forget to tune in to Hina's EmoWisdom Podcast because my

[00:05:14] mission and purpose has always been to help every individual that they can feel empowered.

[00:05:23] Till then, see you. Love you, lords.
