[00:01:03] politics and tight deadlines.

[00:01:06] However, incorporating painting into your routine can provide a much needed outlet for relaxation

[00:01:14] and creativity.

[00:01:15] Here are some tips and best practices to help you get started.

[00:01:21] 1. Make time for the painting.

[00:01:25] Schedule regular painting sessions in your calendar even if it's just for few minutes

[00:01:31] a day.

[00:01:32] This dedicated time allows you to step away from the screens and focus on something

[00:01:38] entirely different.

[00:01:40] 2. Creating the relaxing environment.

[00:01:45] Get up a designated painting space in your home or office that is free from the distractions.

[00:01:53] Surround yourself with the calming elements such as soothing music, candles or the plants
