Speaker 1: Happiness. Painting is not just about the joy at that moment. It's about addressing the issues which really blocks your joy in the work. Hi, this is Sonal here I am founder of Happiness painting model.
00:00:23
Speaker 1: And this podcast is dedicated with respect to my happiness painting model and the my silver membership. So let's start with that. So as you know about me, I worked in the industry for 17 to 18 years and I worked on various assignments which really
00:00:41
Speaker 1: help me with respect to my career growth. And also I was painting from my childhood only, but I started that actively from last eight years, which was helping me with respect to my creativity as well as the stress relief. Also
00:00:59
Speaker 1: in year 2023 I went through panic attack due to lots of issues related to the toxic work environment. And that was the time I started my career in the coaching industry under mentorship program.
00:01:16
Speaker 1: During that program, I started, you know, when I was new to the coaching industry, I was not exactly knowing what is a niche, how it can help, you know, the different type of audience. But slowly I started learning everything and I started with painting only because it really helped me with respect to managing my stress. When I started that initially, I took it as a creativity medium because
00:01:44
Speaker 1: in creativity side, I have done a lot in my workplace as well as my personal environment also. So I started with the creativity and I build the courses. I have launched my membership. But somehow it was not, I was not getting any response initially. And then I decided to change my niche. After 4 to 5 months,
00:02:07
Speaker 1: then I picked up the career as a, you know, my niche. And I started working for the job readiness for the it graduates. And again, second time I built all the courses, membership, everything, you know, I started my webinars, but somehow I was not feeling that great. I was not feeling any connection with my niche and
00:02:33
Speaker 1: I was not, you know, a feeling that good about it. Then at that was the time I decided to upgrade my membership, especially for the mentorship program. So I did a huge investment and I upgraded my membership for the diamond from silver to diamond.
00:02:53
Speaker 1: After doing that, I started, you know, analyzing like, should I continue with that? Because I was not feeling that happy or should I, you know, change the niche again. But again, third time I would have done that. But this time, third time I wanted to do that under guidance. So I connected with my mentor. And then I asked him the same question and he helped me with respect to, you know, finalizing my thought
00:03:20
Speaker 1: where I was feeling, you know, happy about doing it. So again, I started with the painting, I again, went back. But this time, I took it as a stress relief for the it professionals, especially, you know, who work in the dynamic environments.
00:03:36
Speaker 1: Then again, I started working on that and somehow, you know, I was supposed to finish the courses early. But same time I started facing lots of challenges with respect to my family's shoes, as well as my kid's health and academic everything altogether.
00:03:53
Speaker 1: Then I took a pause and I started, I didn't stop anything but I started, you know, focusing on my other aspects of life as well. And then soon I was able to come out of that and, but that was a period, you know, although my silver membership launch was delayed, but I utilized that learning time especially for research. And I have done the deep research with respect to the eight major problems
00:04:22
Speaker 1: which it professional or the it industry especially they face because it is the most dynamic, you know, workplace change environments.
00:04:32
Speaker 1: First one is a mind set.
00:04:35
Speaker 1: Second one is a time. Third one is a environment.
00:04:39
Speaker 1: Fourth one is a lack of awareness about the stress and the mental health issues. Fifth one is a work life balance. It's a common issue then sixth one is a deadline stress
00:04:53
Speaker 1: because timelines are very dynamic. OK. And then seventh one is an unhealthy coping mechanism because it's um uh especially the mind driven industry, you know, information driven. So stress is very prone to, it's very prone to stress. And there is a different coping mechanism to handle the stress. So those are unhealthy.
00:05:14
Speaker 1: And you know, eighth one is a no holistic mentor support, who knows, work life challenges of the it professional and also the how to tackle them. So that absence is there, especially the mentorship program because you might be seeing a lot of, you know, focus with respect to, you know, career growth and then, you know, or the health side, but there is no connection between which can really address the stress, especially in the holistic manner.
00:05:44
Speaker 1: So this is eight parameters, basically eight major problems I came across during my five months of research when I was really going through my personal struggles.
00:05:56
Speaker 1: And based on this research, I utilize that and I have built a, you know, my digital courses, which is basically a combination of the recorded courses, live, course, live, you know, classes also. And then Pentathlon, which is a challenge along with, you know, community support also. So based on these eight major problem which we focus as an it professional, I try to address that into the happiness painting model.
00:06:26
Speaker 1: So during my, this research and experience even in the coaching industry. That is 1.5 years under the guided membership,
00:06:36
Speaker 1: I was able to launch my courses, especially the silver membership this week. Although there was a delay but it helped me with respect to, you know, identifying the major problems, you know, especially and to build a solution around that in the micro learning manner. Considering the time issues in the it industry,
00:06:59
Speaker 1: I have also utilized the experience from my previous launches also which somehow I tried to consolidate here as a micro learning element. Now, question comes, what is a micro learning? See you can go through certain learning program which is a one hour long or two hour long. But if you're not able to take action, especially after doing that, then going through that content will not help.
00:07:27
Speaker 1: But what happens in the micro learning micro learning, you'll have a shorter, you know, learning time and implementation, you have to do more. So that is the main purpose of the coaching where learning will be utilized along with the implementation. So it is not just about learn, learn, learn, it is about implement and track your results also.
00:07:51
Speaker 1: So during this my experience especially building the happiness painting model, I was able to, you know, address and tackle eight challenges which I have talked about related to that. If you want to know more, you can join my upcoming webinar where I'm going to tell you the exact steps,
