00:00:00

Speaker 1: How do you out beat your competitors?

00:00:02

Speaker 1: You know what I don't believe in anything like competition

00:00:05

Speaker 1: in that competition according to me are catalysts in this podcast.

00:00:09

Speaker 1: I'll explain to you exactly what I mean.

00:00:13

Speaker 1: Competition is for losers, like people who are insecure, they

00:00:17

Speaker 1: look at others as competitors, they go and study them

00:00:19

Speaker 1: and they look at ways on how they can out

00:00:21

Speaker 1: beat them, outrank them and they're playing this whole market

00:00:23

Speaker 1: share game because they're living in a world of insecurity.

00:00:26

Speaker 1: But the way that I look at it is uh

00:00:28

Speaker 1: by analyzing some of the top companies like Apple Steve Jobs,

00:00:32

Speaker 1: you know, even though he was competing head on with

00:00:34

Speaker 1: Microsoft and was, you know, at it with Bill Gates

00:00:38

Speaker 1: and stuff like that. If you look at his work

00:00:40

Speaker 1: ethic and the way that he approached

00:00:43

Speaker 1: Apple and the way Apple has grown over the years

00:00:45

Speaker 1: to become one of the cash rich companies today in

00:00:46

Speaker 1: the world is he always approached it with a vision

00:00:50

Speaker 1: of following his intuition and gut and keeping customer experience

00:00:53

Speaker 1: on the front and letting his customers lead the way

00:00:56

Speaker 1: rather than his competitors lead the way

00:00:59

Speaker 1: this has been a big inspiration for me from the

00:01:02

Speaker 1: beginning is even if I know that there are hundreds

00:01:05

Speaker 1: of people doing similar things. I actually don't go and

00:01:07

Speaker 1: look at what they are doing and stuff like that.

00:01:09

Speaker 1: Because for me, my energy is super duper focused on

00:01:13

Speaker 1: getting feedback from my own customers and based on my

00:01:17

Speaker 1: customer's needs, I innovate new ways to make it happen,

00:01:20

Speaker 1: which is what has brought it to a point where

00:01:22

Speaker 1: many of my so-called competitors

00:01:24

Speaker 1: are studying what I'm doing and they are replicating similar

00:01:28

Speaker 1: models and doing it for themselves. And I'm very happy

00:01:30

Speaker 1: about it and I want the industry to grow as

00:01:33

Speaker 1: a whole and not look at

00:01:36

Speaker 1: this as a competitive game. I look at every competitor

00:01:39

Speaker 1: of mine as a catalyst. For example, somebody might have

00:01:42

Speaker 1: gone to their course and they might have come to

00:01:44

Speaker 1: my course and they go to somebody else's course and

00:01:46

Speaker 1: all of that knowledge adds up. So overall, we are

00:01:50

Speaker 1: actually contributing to the growth of the entire industry if

00:01:53

Speaker 1: you're looking at digital coaching industry and the same happens

00:01:54

Speaker 1: in every other industry. If you look at the movie industry,

00:01:57

Speaker 1: you need to have somebody who is an apparent competition

00:02:01

Speaker 1: to really grow the industry.

00:02:03

Speaker 1: You even if you're looking at an industry like a sport,

00:02:06

Speaker 1: for example, unless there is competition, there is no game.

00:02:10

Speaker 1: Imagine there's an India Pakistan cricket match and Pakistan they

00:02:13

Speaker 1: decide not to play the game.

00:02:15

Speaker 1: There is no fun over there, ok? Only when there

00:02:18

Speaker 1: is opposition, there is fun and opposition in a way

00:02:22

Speaker 1: which is very, very healthy. So the way that I

00:02:24

Speaker 1: look at this entire game of digital coaching, many people

00:02:26

Speaker 1: doing similar things is that if you are relentlessly focused

00:02:31

Speaker 1: with a high level of work ethic to do whatever

00:02:34

Speaker 1: it takes to help your people and your students get

00:02:36

Speaker 1: results for. What were they looking out for in terms

00:02:39

Speaker 1: of their goals, wants and aspirations. You'll be far ahead

00:02:42

Speaker 1: from your so called competitors.

00:02:45

Speaker 1: Because if you are focusing your energy on looking at

00:02:49

Speaker 1: what other competitors are doing, you are actually neglecting the

00:02:53

Speaker 1: main thing, which is what your customers really need.

00:02:56

Speaker 1: You'll get ideas from various different places. Tactics can evolve.

00:03:00

Speaker 1: But when you truly tap into the power of your

00:03:02

Speaker 1: own mind and your own creative power to generate new

00:03:05

Speaker 1: ways and ideas and solutions, you will start to become

00:03:08

Speaker 1: a path maker and a path breaker so that others

00:03:12

Speaker 1: can follow you. That's what is my intent of this

00:03:16

Speaker 1: podcast is to inspire you

00:03:19

Speaker 1: to create a path that others will follow in your

00:03:22

Speaker 1: own topic and your own niche. That's how I look

00:03:25

Speaker 1: at competition. What do you think?
