[00:00:00] You are listening to the Quince Podcast. You are listening to Escape With Zubin and this is your guiding voice, Zubin Atre. With this guided meditation, we will take a walk at the beach to take a break from the hectic life.

[00:00:29] We will be practicing stillness for the next 7-10 minutes. Please make sure that you are in comfortable and safe surroundings where you know you won't be interrupted. Take a long deep breath through your nose to the count of 4, 3 and exhale through your mouth to the count of 6. 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.

[00:01:42] Now visualize yourself at a very beautiful natural place. You are on a deserted island and there is absolutely nobody to be seen around on this exclusive beach. Listen to the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach. The sand on the beach is white and powdery.

[00:02:32] The water is turquoise. The weather is comforting and you already feel relaxed. You start walking along the white sand. Along the shore, the water touches your feet often. The water is warm and soothing as it keeps washing your feet.

[00:03:27] As you continue to walk on the left, the shore is lined with palm trees. And on your right is the open ocean setting the sun above it. You walk along the sand and it leads you to a nook in the trees where hammock is waiting for you.

[00:04:02] This place seems like it was meant for you. A coconut is kept on the hammock for you to drink out of. You feel fresh and ready for a soothing nap as you adjust yourself on the hammock. As you lay down, you have the most beautiful sight up there.

[00:04:57] You see the blue sky and the green trees. The turquoise water or the pearly sand. You are met with the beauty wherever you look. You realize that this is a journey within your mind and this is all yours.

[00:05:36] It feels reassuring to know that you can keep returning to it whenever you wish. This moment, this place and these sensations are yours. For whenever you wish, you can feel the cool breeze upon your skin and the warm water washing your feet.

[00:06:11] Now become aware of your surroundings and slowly begin to notice the sounds and the smells around you. You realize the place you are in and you feel comfortable, calm and cool. Just like when you are on the private beach, coming from the beach, from your comfortable

[00:07:09] hammock, you are ready to continue your day. Slowly become aware of your surroundings, grab your palms and cap your eyes. Hold the warmth on your eyelids and you can now open up your eyes. This was your guiding voice, Zubinathre. Thanking you for being a part of the journey.
