[00:00:00] You are listening to the Quince Podcast. A Journey to the Outer Space You are listening to the podcast Escape with Zubin and this is your host, Zubin Aathre. In this podcast we are going to visualize a journey to the outer space and contemplate

[00:00:25] the blue-green planet from far, far away. Before we begin, make sure that you are in a comfortable and safe environment where you could practice stillness for the next 8 to 10 minutes. Please understand that this is your personal time and you allow yourself to have this time and space.

[00:00:59] Close your eyes and watch your breathing as it is without trying to alter it. You are sitting in your office, your home and you slowly begin to rise out of your chair as the roof lifts away from above you. You rise into the sky and slowly moving upwards.

[00:01:47] You can see the roof of your house or the office from above. You continue to rise as you see the entire city from above. And every second you continue to move further away from the earth. You can now see the horizon of the earth curving.

[00:02:42] The earth continues to get farther and farther away. The green and blue planet is becoming smaller as you are ascending through the layers of atmosphere and consciousness. You feel the blue of the waters becoming minute in the scale of space. You are suspended 400 kilometers above the earth.

[00:03:36] You are floating in a comfortable bubble of your own. The next thing you know is that you are orbiting around the earth. You find yourself still, floating. All the worries have been left upon the earth. Right and wrong, left behind. All the judgements and stigmas are left behind.

[00:04:40] All things human, gone just like that. All you are left with is your physical self floating around in nothingness. With your body feeling supremely light. But you still have the control of it in the microgravity. What you see here is amazing you.

[00:05:23] Your sense of reality as you know it has transformed. The weightlessness is something new to your body. You are so far away that nothing matters anymore. At this point you look at the earth and contemplate your life.

[00:06:08] All the pain, all the pleasure, all the earthly sufferings are left behind. What you experience is the enormous silence that envelops you. Those subtle details of the body that you did not notice are now clearly felt by you. Fully aware. You can see the Milky Way. Bright.

[00:07:11] As you see the earth so tiny you will see all those things that matter to you as a speck. Just as the earth is. Far far away from you, you are now floating. You are more appreciative. You feel grateful and thankful for everything you have.

[00:08:08] As this gratitude fills you, you allow yourself to descend on the earth. 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 4, 3, 2, 0. You are back where you started it. From here you become aware of your real surroundings. You slowly awaken your senses to the sounds and the smells that surround you. Palms gently make them warm.
