[00:01:09] Let's come to secret number 1, consistent sleep schedule. Consistency is the key. Our body's craved routine and a consistent sleep schedule is the cornerstone of restful nights. Here's how to master it. A steady wake-up time, aligned with your body's natural rhythm, create a relaxing bedtime ritual,

[00:01:31] unwind with activities that signal that it's time to sleep now. For example, I'll tell you what I do. At night before I go to sleep, I have an elaborate skincare routine which relaxes me, which calms me and puts me to sleep. Adjust gradually.

[00:01:49] Change does not happen overnight but consistency brings lasting results. Now, our secret number 2, mindful eating and drinking habits. Our diet is intricately linked to our sleep. Here, mindfulness is your ally. Here are some guidelines. Avoid late-night feasting.

[00:02:08] Give your body some time to digest before you go to sleep. Reduce stimulants like caffeine, coffee, alcohol, tea and all of that can significantly disrupt your sleep pattern. Choose sleep-promoting foods. Discover foods that are allies in your quest for better sleep. For example, having a banana at night.

[00:02:28] It is rich in potassium and magnesium. And berries. These are rich in magnesium so they can put you to sleep. Sik number 3, restful environment. Your bedroom should be a sanctuary for sleep. Let's transform it. Offer comfort. Invest in quality mattresses and pillows. Control the ambience.

[00:02:50] Ideal temperature, minimal noise and darkness are your best friends. What I do at night is I don't like even a glimmer of light coming into my room when I go to sleep. 9 o'clock, 10 o'clock, my lights are off. And everything is shut off.
