[00:01:03] Because the people who think that we invest in real estate, then we get wasted But now on the time of COVID, people know that the biggest investment is real estate You enjoy it and there's appreciation too Where people invested in gold, diamond, shares So what happened in COVID?
[00:01:25] That they stayed at home So now people understand that the bigger house you buy, the better We think that we live in the mountains, or in the chal, or in the rental We'll buy it later But today when people think that we live in a house
[00:01:45] And the best investment is real estate Which gives you appreciation and you enjoy too What is the role that technology has started to play in the real estate industry And where do you see it going in the future moving forward? Like the lockdown
[00:02:01] First, we thought how will we reach people How will we depend on the print media So in that time, the digital support The zoom calls, connectivity started increasing And I remember that when I first did the project, when no one was taking holdings On the highway
[00:02:19] So the holdings people offered me, take it today, give me money after 6 months And 50% off So I took at least 70 lakhs of holdings And my first project was in March In April, I started a teaser and launched it in May So I got a very good response
[00:02:37] Overall, the concept of digital And we did the zoom meeting, the CP meet So we didn't feel that the technology came As we are still using it We do meetings on the site many times 4 o'clock, 5 o'clock, 6 o'clock So there is no need to go to the site
