092 - What do the STARS have to teach us?

[00:00:17] Hello there, welcome to Connect The Dots podcast and today we have a very interesting conversation because two days back Rishabh and I were discussing about what are some things we can learn from the stars?

[00:00:29] We see them every night in the sky, but if you just think about what are some profound things that stars can teach us It's just amazing. So over to you Rishabh, what do you think? What are some things that stars can teach us?

[00:00:42] What do you think? You know stars can teach us a variety of things. Like what? Okay, let's start with patience. Okay. You know that stars don't become stars overnight They have to keep burning inside for many years to light up the sky and the same applies to us

[00:01:02] Sometimes when people start doing something they like they'll not have the patience to finish it and They'll just be like oh whatever man. This is never going to end but

[00:01:15] If you could just stick around for a little bit longer, you could be the one who lights up the sky So you mean people sometimes either give up or they rush into finishing the process, correct? Yeah, so that doesn't need you to get your end result

[00:01:33] So what is your what is your one line if you have to say about stars teaching us patience? What you have to do is Pursue your brilliance no matter what the external circumstances is Wow, that's amazing

[00:01:50] What is something else that they could teach us maybe have you heard have you thought about Competition do shows those stars compete with each other They just shine right? So what can you think about? How can you relate this to our real life?

[00:02:05] You know see in most cases men are normal people Compete with other businesses. They only focus on competing and they don't focus on actually improving So I tell you what stars do they don't compete

[00:02:22] I mean, it's good to have competition, but you don't have to compete in a way that is just Going on and on and on forever. So like you said instead of well, you know focusing on the competition

[00:02:34] We just have to focus on improving our skills and you know keeping that journey intact. So that needs to You know not worrying who's doing better if you just come I think competing with yourself What do you think about instead of focusing on competing somebody else?

[00:02:51] Competing with yourself. Is that a good idea? Yeah so The main point is stars don't compete They only shine and how they shine is they only compete to themselves how How more shiny they can be no, I mean that is what we should apply to our real life

[00:03:09] But stars I think they just come they just keep radiating their light. That's it So we just have to focus on what we are good at and keep unleashing our light, correct

[00:03:22] Awesome, Rishabh awesome and the same applies to you. Okay, perfect. Yeah. So now another thing which I've you know, like Seeing is that some stars burn out too weekly while others last a lifetime, you know, you know

[00:03:36] What comments are right they just suddenly fall and then they burn out so I Know in real life also This is true. Some people they last the test of time. They go to the finish line, but some others don't so

[00:03:50] What are what do you why do you think stars some burn out quickly and others last lifetime? What do you think? so The stars that burn out quickly They basically just rush the process Basically, so they burn too bright too soon. Yeah. Yeah

[00:04:08] So but the ones that last a lifetime will savor that light for a lifetime Wow. Wow. Wow so I think we just have to focus on Adapting to the changing environment is if that's the real life lesson from this, correct? Yeah

[00:04:27] Perfect and I like this one also that Can you ever hide stars? No Stars are always in the spotlight Can never hide them So how are some ways that we can really be the star that can never be hidden?

[00:04:44] You know, some people are different and they try to hide themselves but the best thing to do is embrace your uniqueness shine in your own way and Your authenticity is your power Amazing Rishabh amazing amazing

[00:05:00] So I think it all we have to do is just find out what makes us shine and Just keep doing that and then that's gonna be something that will never hide us. We can never be hidden, right? So these are some amazing profound
