[00:00:02] Let's begin with this powerful visualization. Sit comfortably. Take a deep breath in. Exhale. Take a deep breath in. Hold. Exhale. Breathe in. Hold. Exhale.
[00:00:34] Now think you are sitting comfortably in Dhyan and see there is a light coming from the universe, a golden light directly on you.
[00:00:58] The golden light fills your entire body and you feel so energized. And now you see that your size is growing. You are becoming bigger and bigger.
[00:01:17] And suddenly you see that you are the size of the entire house, the entire building. But you are still continuing to grow. And now you see you have covered your entire area.
[00:01:37] You are still growing and your size is as big as your city now. You continue to grow, becoming bigger and bigger.
[00:01:53] And suddenly you are covering the entire state, but you are not stopping here. You continue to grow.
[00:02:05] And now you are the size of the entire nation. You keep growing. And now you see that you are as big as the earth and the earth is in front of you.
[00:02:25] You have outgrown the earth and now earth is in front of you like a football. Now you can see your true self. Now you see there are so many little, little people on earth, small, tiny people who are saying something that you don't like.
[00:02:52] They are saying you can't do this. You are like that or like this. And previously in your smaller version, these things impacted you. But now you are so, so, so big.
[00:03:11] Whatever these people are saying is coming like little arrows touching you and falling down.
[00:03:21] And now you are not impacted by their words, by their actions because now you see who you are. You are the universe.
[00:03:37] You are so big, so huge that these things doesn't even impact you. And you keep on working on what you love to do.
[00:03:52] You keep on meditating. You keep your focus on the higher energy, higher power that's inside you.
[00:04:04] You are looking inside your heart, a beautiful place. And today you decide that I will never focus on what these small little people are saying.
[00:04:19] I will never waste my time, energy and words to reply to these people. If they are saying something wrong, it shows their persona, not mine.
[00:04:43] And I don't have time and energy to waste on these people, replying to these people. You just focus on your self growth.
[00:04:57] Now you can see how powerful you are, how big you are. And you have this incredible energy inside your heart.
[00:05:10] Your soul is becoming so powerful, there is light coming out of your soul like a sun shining.
[00:05:21] And you forgive all these people who have hurt you in the past and you decide I will forgive them in the future.
[00:05:33] But I will focus on myself, not what they say, not what they do.
[00:05:40] And the golden light is making you the most powerful person on earth. All these little beings trying to hurt you, trying to say something nasty.
[00:05:54] Just touches you like an arrow and falls down. And you are smiling and laughing, seeing them that why these people are wasting so much time and energy.
[00:06:10] But you accept that as a truth that there would be many people coming in future doing the same thing.
[00:06:20] And you have to remind yourself never to fall in this trap, to see yourself as who you are. You are as big as universe and you don't have to justify them, to prove them wrong, to prove yourself right.
[00:06:40] You don't need it, you don't require it. You are so powerful. Now take a deep breath in, exhale.

[00:07:18] Now open your eyes with a huge smile around your hands.
[00:07:24] Faster, faster, faster. Place them on your face, eyes or rub it on your hands.
