[00:03:06] Thank you so much. Okay, so what's about let me ask you directly if you're a mindset coach right. So what is really mean by mindset coaching because it's not that familiar as we these terms are coming coming in interaction but people are not aware of it so let us let our audience help to understand what is this mindset coaching.

[00:03:33] Right sir so you're very rightly said in India generally whenever the term mindset coach comes so people generally think that if there is something wrong with your brain then you go to mindset coach.

[00:03:46] So there's nothing like it see all of your life is dependent and is controlled by your mind.

[00:03:53] Your health like if you want to be fit you want to wake up early tomorrow and go to gym you want to run. And then suddenly your mind says that let's leave.

[00:04:03] So everything is played by your mind if you want to generate lots of wealth but you are feeling I can't do so much work. This is not possible for me, you're the negative thought patterns it everything starts from my so from all these

[00:04:17] negative beliefs that everything that you think cannot happen making that happen is what I do. So if you are stuck in your life you feel I want to you know you will ask many people you will meet they will say in a class generally if a teacher

[00:04:34] ask a question just a simple question that come about come on the stage and talk about India 5 lines every single student knows at least 5 lines about India every single one of them introvert extrovert but in the class of 50 only 5 kids ever raise hand.

[00:04:52] Now what's the problem with the remaining 45 there is no problem it's because of the mindset because somewhere while growing up some limiting belief came something came that stopped them that if I will go on stage people will laugh at me.

[00:05:07] I am not looking so good. I must not go on stage. So even while we are growing up this thing which starts from childhood it ends up into very big thing when we become adults now when you will meet adults they will say I can't dance I can do this.

[00:05:24] This is not possible for me I never do this thing now whenever you use such words that means you are limiting yourself. See you have unlimited potential if I put a gun on you and say that do this thing now you will definitely do it but see just because of your own limiting belief you just think I can't run after 30 80 90% of the people after the age of 30 never ever run.

[00:05:50] So you can break all these stereotypes you will find I have seen a person 84 years of age doing running. So you can do anything at any given point of time just by conquering your mindset just by conquering your mind. So that's where I help you to become unstoppable and achieve anything you want in life.

[00:06:11] Wow. Awesome. Wonderful.

[00:06:14] Or we can say also that mindset coaching is about where your mind is set like you are here and you want to reach there. Your mind is set here and when you want to reach there you will have to shift your mind set mind setting from here to there and mind works like mind works like always keeping you in safe zone like defensive

[00:06:44] it does not allow you to come out of your comfort zone when you have to wake up in the early it will say let it go we will start tomorrow. So this happens like that. So you will have to teach your mind and when you learn how to teach your mind to do desirable things.

[00:07:02] It could be a mindset coaching. Wow. Wonderful. Okay. Wonderful. So how did this came to you? When did you choose? Why did you choose and that you should be teaching mindset? How did this happen in your life? How did this came to your path?

[00:07:21] Yes, sir. When I was 26 years of 26 year old and suddenly after years of hard work I finally found something that I could like really aimed for what I wanted to do in my life finally at the age of 27 I got to do it.

[00:07:38] But as soon as the opportunity came next day the opportunity was gone. I had to move back to my hometown because of certain circumstances because my family was not doing well health wise. So because of that my dream broke that it was such a huge hit on me that I couldn't smile for next one and half years.

[00:08:00] When I look back now, I feel if only I had a mentor, if only I had a coach, if only someone would have told me that every wrong thing turned it into an opportunity. Don't waste so much years of your life into the negativity, into the gloom, into the darkness that everything wrong has happened with me into the blame game position where you think it happens with everyone.

[00:08:25] We are not aware. We think that God is responsible for this, why my parents did this to me, why my spouse is doing this because of all these reasons I am not able to live my life.

[00:08:37] But then suddenly when I started working on myself I realized I can achieve anything I want at any given age.

[00:08:44] I joined karate martial arts classes in karate at age of 27 where I was the oldest among the kids. I gave my exam with kids and at the age of 31 I became a black belt in karate.

[00:08:58] Now who can tell you that at any age you can do anything? See, I was even married in that particular time frame. Even after that I continued with my classes and I achieved what I wanted.

[00:09:09] I am a mountaineer. I have to break the stereotype. I told you know after age 30 most people stop running so I have started running just to prove my brain and my body that we can do anything we want.

[00:09:24] So once I realized see I was having trouble with my relationships, I was having trouble with my as I told you about with my family, with my wife.

[00:09:32] I had relationship issues, I had finance issues and I didn't knew where my life was going. I just felt stuck in all this jungle where I was all alone. And then when I started working on myself I realized everything started working in my favor.

[00:09:49] I started achieving one thing after the other thing and then I realized that we have unlimited potential inside us. When I saw around myself every other person was suffering. Health, wealth or relationship or happiness they had lots of money but they were not happy internally.

[00:10:06] They someone had a good relationship everything accordingly but they didn't have the money. Now when they were stuck I knew the solution when I saw them that just by practicing few things they can achieve anything in life.

[00:10:19] They can become very happy. They can achieve the wealth also, health also. See when we are kids we are told you can't get everything compromise, compromise. So we start compromising on everything but that's a huge, huge limiting belief. You can achieve anything in your life.

[00:10:36] What amount you said that this is what I want in my life. See you must have seen few people stories about few people who started with nothing. They were like in slums, they lost their parents. They had zero money and they ended up becoming millionaires and billionaires.

[00:10:52] Now if they can do it you can do it too. If you study the pattern of their life what all they did? If you just study 10 people like that you will know the pattern. So once you that's what I help you people with.

[00:11:06] I help them with the pattern to follow the same things. The steps are same, the principles are same. People change. You just need to follow it.

[00:11:16] And once I followed it I just made sure that I will teach this to every single person I know because I want everyone to live a super happy life.

[00:11:25] You deserve abundance. You deserve happiness. Every human being inside his heart is a good human being because of circumstances it starts doing all the wrong things.

[00:11:36] I want you to know these techniques and tools by which you can live a super happy life and you can be thankful to God and you don't have to involve in any wrong activities. So that's when I decided that I will become a mindset coach.

[00:11:49] Wonderful. Wonderful. So you teach all these things. I can say that the person, the coach who can shift your mindset, who can shift you to take necessary actionable steps.

[00:12:06] The person is implementer. Mentor should be an implementer who has done this journey only can teach you, only can take you with the hand holding support. This is very meaningful. And your transformation happens when you realize that it is something is needed to take charge of your life.

[00:12:24] And the moment you are alone, you need someone as a coach, as a mentor in your life then it will take you to move up and forward in your life.

[00:12:32] And the same journey as you were telling me, I can totally resonate with this. I have lived this for the last three or four years.

[00:12:42] I have also started taking charge of my health mindset relationship and that taking charge and taking necessary steps which we had never taken before.

[00:12:52] I have never taken before. Now I can experience the quality of life that I am living now in comparison to prior to three, four years back that I was living.

[00:13:02] They were not actually alive. They were looking like a burden and it's a responsibility that unloader burden and turn into the quality living. Wow. Thank you.

[00:13:13] So how can people be happy when it comes to their mindset shift? What they can do and implement? Could there be any certain practice that they can follow?

[00:13:32] Definitely sir, definitely. So before telling this let me tell you I was among the most hopeless kids in my school and colleges. No teacher ever expected me to do anything good or worthwhile in my life, even not even my parents.

[00:13:47] Not therefore everyone expects the same thing that if you will study hard and if you will get a good job your life would be settled.

[00:13:55] But for me it was opposite. I didn't know I always got low marks and I thought like something I need to do for my nation, for my people, I will do something.

[00:14:03] But then I didn't knew the way how I will do it. There was no path taught that other than the top ten students who are the topers what the remaining people will do.

[00:14:14] Now then I realized that each one of you, even me are having some extraordinary powers inside ourselves. Someone is good at studies, someone would be good at accounting, someone would be good at sports. So first find out what you love. You might love volunteering, you might love sports.

[00:14:35] Now we get so busy in life that we stop doing all the things that we love. We are always stressed from morning to night work, morning to night work, work, work.

[00:14:45] And that's why when you are not happy people around you won't be happy. First you should be happy. So find out the one thing you love painting or you love singing, anything that you love. Start with once a month.

[00:14:59] On one weekend of the month you will start doing it. Then you will start with two weekends, then three weekends, then you will start doing it every weekend.

[00:15:07] Few of the things like listening to music if you love it, you can do it daily. Just listen for five minutes but do it. So major thing is what you love doing, never forget it. Keep doing it. So this is the way how you will implement it.

[00:15:21] Second is practicing gratitude. Now 90% of the happiness of a human being depends on gratitude. If you are grateful to God that whatever you have given me God, thank you so much. Thank you. When universe will see that this guy is so thankful. Okay, give him more.

[00:15:38] So you will always receive more. A negative person, a complaining person can never attract positiveness, wealth, lots of things. He won't be able to achieve lots of things. Even if they achieve wealth, they won't achieve happiness.

[00:15:54] Right? So these are the things that practicing gratitude is super important. You can start doing meditation.

[00:16:00] Even if you do it for two minutes, five minutes but do it daily. Once you make it a practice, work out is super important as Ashwini sir teaches that first thing is physical fitness.

[00:16:13] If you are ill, let's say you are ill and then even if you have lots of money, even if you are given grapes and you are having different types of diseases, you won't be able to eat it.

[00:16:23] You won't be able to enjoy it. So physical fitness, even your family would be troubled that this person is ill, taking care of you. Right? So physical fitness as sir teaches is the most important thing. Even for five minutes but work out daily.

[00:16:38] Seeing after the COVID era have if you are above the age of 30, 35, 40 have a yearly medical checkup.

[00:16:44] It's super important so that you know if anything wrong is happening. Right now I have seen five of the very close people who were around age 40 to 50 and they had heart attacks and they left for the heavenly award.

[00:17:00] But this is what is happening right now. So taking care of your body, don't delay these things. These are super important. If you just take care of these few tips I have given of what sir teaches, you will have a massively beautiful life.

[00:17:15] Like do what you like, find out what you like doing and just don't find out implement doing it. Start doing it.

[00:17:26] Then you will experience the result of it in terms of your happiness. This is the one thing that you can do and I can completely resonate with you

[00:17:34] which you already mentioned that I think this is the mindset part and we help people in taking care of their health as a first step in the journey of becoming money achiever. And which is very unnatural. People won't believe that it is a money sanskar being money achiever.

[00:17:55] What it is relation with the kind of thing health wise is talking about it. Boss until or unless you are not fit physically, mentally, spiritually three of these type of just fitness you need in order to be happy in your life.

[00:18:15] Otherwise you will have everything but you will live like you have nothing and that is meaningless. Take charge of your life. Start with your health. Learn to live with happiness as Saris telling us that is telling us wonderful insights we have today.

[00:18:36] Start doing what you love. Find out what you love. Don't just deny it, regret it, postpone it. Find out now.

[00:18:43] Write it down that I like. Start doing first once in a week, twice in a week and let your relationships family know that you are happy with what you are doing for them.

[00:18:58] There is a reason family or the reason for what we do something. Don't let them feel that there is some burden going on. Live your life.

[00:19:10] So, wow wonderful insights that you have provided. So that if I ask you any message that you would like to give our community who is on the journey to be money achiever in life and overcoming any kind of money stress, opting money sanskar.

[00:19:28] So help our community to with some necessary tip or advice or message so that they shift their mindset. So one thing I would like to tell is what I tell is the BCC method. It's called blaming, complaining, comparing and expecting.

[00:19:47] All these four things will ruin your life. Even if you have this one single thing out of these, this was again blaming, complaining, comparing and having expectations.

[00:19:56] These things will ruin your life. You will never ever be happy in your life if you are affected by any of these. Stop this, practice gratitude.

[00:20:06] One more thing make someone smile today. Whoever you may greet them like as if when you wake up, wake up like this is the last day of my life. How I will live it.

[00:20:15] So just go even if the boss is just the worst person in the world. Go out and say hello sir good morning.

[00:20:21] And he should be surprised at like what happened to him. Is he alright or not? Write a letter to him. Thank you for teaching me the valuable life lessons.

[00:20:31] Teaching me that even how to face challenges, how to face struggle. He taught you something. No, how bad can someone be but you don't have to write the bad things.

[00:20:40] Write good things. Say behave as if you this is the last day of your life and greet everyone, your colleagues, your family members hug them like crazy that wow they should feel like wow.

[00:20:51] See just by imagining this you must be feeling a surge in energy. So live each day of your life with this high energy and your life you are successful then. You don't have to run everything will come to you. Just have to practice these things.

[00:21:05] Awesome, awesome, awesome. Surely our audience shall be learning implementing the same and enriching their life in the result of happiness.
