Speaker 1: year of my coaching business. I earned just

Speaker 1: approx ₹8000. That's all I have earned in the entire year.

Speaker 1: I have taken a loan from my father. Uh that's

Speaker 1: approx ₹10 lakh. Till now I have uh another loan

Speaker 1: from bank that's going on.

Speaker 1: Uh again, that's approx one lakh 70 something remaining.

Speaker 1: And first time in my life, I used credit card

Speaker 1: last year when I bought the diamond membership of Siddhartha

Speaker 1: Shekhar sir. And since then, I never knew that the

Speaker 1: my backache. Uh I have to sometimes work standing because

Speaker 1: I became the black belt in karate and everything. But

Speaker 1: since then my fitness journey has gone downhill to be honest.

Speaker 1: And for many, many days, I tried some different different workouts,

Speaker 1: but then I kept leaving it for some other reason.

Speaker 1: But now I have a mission and the mission is

Speaker 1: to be super fit again. Uh I have a belly

Speaker 1: fat that wasn't there a few years back, but it's

Speaker 1: right now since very long, I intend to get rid

Speaker 1: Also, you will not believe I have got dark circles

Speaker 1: like really dark and I don't really like it. When

Speaker 1: I see myself in the mirror, I am losing my

Speaker 1: hair and that's really a big cause of concern sometimes

Speaker 1: for me, I don't like the thin hair. So I

Speaker 1: keep my hair really, really short, like army cut

Speaker 1: and these are the things that uh that are going on.

Speaker 1: Um I will share a few more things with you.

Speaker 1: Uh To be honest, I was not, I'm not waking

Speaker 1: up on time from very, very long, even the sessions

Speaker 1: I have to take for my students. I'm not taking

Speaker 1: again from very long because uh

Speaker 1: so there is no reason I should have continued. But

Speaker 1: since people are not coming, actually, uh I sent out

Speaker 1: messages, tried so many strategies in the last one year,

Speaker 1: but it seems like nothing, nothing actually worked. So I

Speaker 1: lost my confidence

Speaker 1: and I also like um it was the uh disheartening.

Speaker 1: So I stopped doing it all together. So healthwise, I

Speaker 1: told you three things are majorly. I am suffering from

Speaker 1: this belly fat. Uh I'm not at the peak fitness
00:03:51
Speaker 1: I used to be at.
00:03:53
Speaker 1: So coming up to the w what's coming up also,

Speaker 1: I'm like addicted to phone. Not that much, but still

Speaker 1: I waste a bit of time. Today is the day.

Speaker 1: Number 10 of self mastery challenge. I have been working consistently.

Speaker 1: Uh, for last 10 days, I am, I started working
00:04:15
Speaker 1: out for the first week. I started with the alternate
00:04:19
Speaker 1: day running, running for 1012 to 15 minutes and last
00:04:23
Speaker 1: was 20 minutes and all the other alternate day I

Speaker 1: climbed the stairs. So previous week, it was three minutes

Speaker 1: of stair climbing. Then one minute break, then three minutes

Speaker 1: again this week, it's four minutes and uh,
00:04:39
Speaker 1: yeah, four minute of the stair climbing one minute break
00:04:41
Speaker 1: and again doing it last week, it was 10 pull ups,
00:04:45
Speaker 1: 10 push ups and 10 crunches and 10 squats on
00:04:51
Speaker 1: alternate days. And this week. It is um everything is 15.

Speaker 1: So these are the only things I'm doing. I'm not

Speaker 1: doing the a yoga here, yoga that I'm supposed to do.

Speaker 1: The taking care of this. Kalak. I spent a lot

Speaker 1: on this. I gave ₹1 Lakh on this course, but

Speaker 1: I couldn't do more than one month. I lost. Then

Speaker 1: I was thrown out of the course because I was

Speaker 1: not consistent

Speaker 1: and yeah, that's it. And so I have not,

Speaker 1: I am not really practicing lots of things that I'm

Speaker 1: trying to teach here. But every single day I am improving,

Speaker 1: I'm super committed. I'm super energized and I will not

Speaker 1: give up no matter what.

Speaker 1: So as you know, the I have uh like pretty

Speaker 1: much lots of loan on my head and yeah, I,

Speaker 1: I am right now going through many, many courses, but

Speaker 1: I'm not paying much because uh I'm trying to attend

Speaker 1: and learn as much as I can from the three

Speaker 1: things that I can because I'm already in my account

Speaker 1: It's very, very bad. I have mismanaged my money for

Speaker 1: last 3, 3.5 years, very badly. Mm No explanation. Uh

Speaker 1: I should have learned these principles of how to manage wealth.

Speaker 1: So health is bad, wealth is bad relationships. Uh Last

Speaker 1: mm like idiotic fights and everything. My mistake, 100% my mistake.

Speaker 1: these skills, these are the skills I should have learned.

Speaker 1: just kept going, slept at three, woke up at 730. 745.

Speaker 1: There is a marathon coming on 29th. Of September, uh

Speaker 1: half marathon, 21 kilometers in Udaipur itself. Then there is

Speaker 1: double circuit coming on 10th of November 5 kilometer race

Speaker 1: and 20 obstacles.

Speaker 1: And uh to you will be surprised to know that Spartan,

Speaker 1: it's a very big race obstacle race uh in the

Speaker 1: entire world. It has come to India for the first

Speaker 1: time this year and they are having their thing on

Speaker 1: 24th of November. So I applied for volunteering and volunteer.

Speaker 1: and they all like as a volunteer, I can form connections,

Speaker 1: meet so many people. It's a wonderful opportunity when I
