00:00:02

Speaker 1: Super morning guys and warm, super Sonic greetings. Hope you

00:00:06

Speaker 1: are having a fantastic day. Today, we are going to

00:00:08

Speaker 1: talk about 11 points that will change your life. So

00:00:11

Speaker 1: here is a book that I read 11 Rules For

00:00:14

Speaker 1: Life by Jan Baker and I have shortlisted the points.

00:00:17

Speaker 1: So that quickly we can understand what are the 11

00:00:19

Speaker 1: things super important that we

00:00:22

Speaker 1: help you succeed in life. Here. The author is talking

00:00:25

Speaker 1: to a delivery boy. Now, let's say delivery boy comes

00:00:28

Speaker 1: from a mediocre background, from a poor background. He's not

00:00:32

Speaker 1: having the right amount of money with him and he

00:00:34

Speaker 1: has lots and lots of challenges. So now how he

00:00:37

Speaker 1: can win in life, how he can become a successful person.

00:00:42

Speaker 1: So these 11 points will definitely help anyone become super

00:00:46

Speaker 1: successful in life. Now, let's begin uh with the points. Now,

00:00:51

Speaker 1: the number one thing that the author talks about here

00:00:54

Speaker 1: is fitness. See, your physical fitness is the most important

00:00:57

Speaker 1: thing you can have. Now, first of all, it doesn't

00:01:00

Speaker 1: take money even if you have, don't have money for

00:01:02

Speaker 1: your gym membership or uh you say it's expensive, what

00:01:06

Speaker 1: you can do is uh there are you

00:01:07

Speaker 1: youtube videos on home workouts, you can start doing it,

00:01:10

Speaker 1: you can start running, start with 100 m 200 m

00:01:13

Speaker 1: 300 m and so on. Within one week, you will

00:01:16

Speaker 1: reach one kilometer or let's say even half kilometer. But

00:01:19

Speaker 1: within month, one month, you will be start running uh

00:01:21

Speaker 1: one kilometer or two kilometer.

00:01:23

Speaker 1: Now, what you can do is within 10 months to

00:01:26

Speaker 1: 12 months, you will run 10 kilometers easily. Now keep

00:01:30

Speaker 1: your target very short in the initial days, get in

00:01:33

Speaker 1: the flow. Because if you will initially, if you will

00:01:36

Speaker 1: keep very high target, you will get overwhelmed and then

00:01:39

Speaker 1: you will stop it or if you will suffer body pain,

00:01:42

Speaker 1: then you will stop it.

00:01:43

Speaker 1: So it's a simple thing. What happens by physical fitness

00:01:47

Speaker 1: is you feel uh your emotions are elevated, you feel

00:01:50

Speaker 1: very high energy in yourself. Now, once you do the

00:01:53

Speaker 1: hard work, then the happiness you feel is the real dopamine.

00:01:57

Speaker 1: So there are two types of dopamine, cheap, dopamine and dopamine.

00:02:00

Speaker 1: We will talk about it at the later stage in

00:02:03

Speaker 1: this video.

00:02:04

Speaker 1: Second thing is mastering your emotions. Now, many times you

00:02:08

Speaker 1: can see that as soon as someone says something to us,

00:02:11

Speaker 1: which is not as per what we want to listen,

00:02:13

Speaker 1: we react immediately. As soon as someone reacts on us,

00:02:16

Speaker 1: we also react. Now this reaction comes from uh our brain.

00:02:21

Speaker 1: Now brain is having two parts, one is subconscious mind

00:02:24

Speaker 1: and one is conscious brain. So what this conscious mind

00:02:27

Speaker 1: does is as soon as uh someone says something bad,

00:02:32

Speaker 1: what we, our brain thinks that this person is attacking us.

00:02:37

Speaker 1: So in response of that attack and to protect you,

00:02:40

Speaker 1: the there are triggers that sense uh inside your body

00:02:44

Speaker 1: and you react. Now, we should understand this, that the

00:02:48

Speaker 1: more we react, we become hyperactive and we are not

00:02:51

Speaker 1: able to focus your whole day would be ruined. Your

00:02:54

Speaker 1: BP A would be high and then you won't be

00:02:56

Speaker 1: able to focus

00:02:58

Speaker 1: for the rest of your day. So mastering your emotions

00:03:00

Speaker 1: is again, super duper important, not reacting. So for it,

00:03:04

Speaker 1: you can start meditating, do start with two minutes meditation.

00:03:08

Speaker 1: There are a number of free apps start with three

00:03:10

Speaker 1: minute meditation. Do it for one week. Make the target

00:03:13

Speaker 1: very easy for ini for the initial days. Once you

00:03:16

Speaker 1: do it, then increase it to five minutes. Next month,

00:03:20

Speaker 1: 10 minutes within a year, you will be easily be

00:03:22

Speaker 1: doing half hour meditation. So don't rush but start and

00:03:26

Speaker 1: be consistent. Uh Don't be moody today. I will do tomorrow.

00:03:29

Speaker 1: I have work, I will not do the day after tomorrow.

00:03:31

Speaker 1: I will do then again, I will not do this

00:03:34

Speaker 1: will never make you successful.

00:03:36

Speaker 1: Third, very important point is putting yourself first. Now, generally

00:03:41

Speaker 1: we have a habit of putting ourselves at the last

00:03:44

Speaker 1: we think OK, first we will serve others, then we

00:03:47

Speaker 1: will take, if there is a, uh, good cookies out there. And, uh,

00:03:51

Speaker 1: usually many people take the broken one that, ok, uh,

00:03:54

Speaker 1: in the friends and family, let them have the best

00:03:57

Speaker 1: and I will take the last. Now, this will always

00:04:00

Speaker 1: keep you, uh, in a mentality that you don't deserve it.

00:04:04

Speaker 1: So it always sends wrong signals to the universe. Now,

00:04:08

Speaker 1: it doesn't mean that you will eat all the good ones.

00:04:11

Speaker 1: What you can do is have a good one, then

00:04:12

Speaker 1: you can have a broken one and then it's all right,

00:04:15

Speaker 1: but at least taste something of the best. So uh

00:04:19

Speaker 1: in all the areas, then you will start feeling an

00:04:22

Speaker 1: elevated emotion.

00:04:24

Speaker 1: Fourth is if you are not having the good background

00:04:28

Speaker 1: with English, with the education,

00:04:31

Speaker 1: the only one thing that you actually need to master

00:04:33

Speaker 1: is English. So once you start mastering your English, you

00:04:37

Speaker 1: will suddenly be having a large large audience to you.

00:04:40

Speaker 1: See in be it a bank, be it filing taxes,

00:04:44

Speaker 1: endless number of things happens in English itself in India.

00:04:48

Speaker 1: And once you master it, now what you can do

00:04:51

Speaker 1: is now here, you will have to invest something in yourself.

00:04:53

Speaker 1: You might go to some English coaching classes, English speaking

00:04:56

Speaker 1: English learning, you can buy a few books and do them.

00:05:00

Speaker 1: Now you will have to work hard. See if you

00:05:02

Speaker 1: want to be successful, you will have to be uh relentless.

00:05:06

Speaker 1: Even the top businessmen in India today, they have worked

00:05:10

Speaker 1: a lot

00:05:11

Speaker 1: in the previous years. That's why all the result is

00:05:15

Speaker 1: coming down. So you can't get all the success in

00:05:18

Speaker 1: the world without this additional hard work. If you are

00:05:21

Speaker 1: saying like 9 to 5, I have already worked. I'm

00:05:23

Speaker 1: tired now. I will not work. I will go home

00:05:26

Speaker 1: watch the movie 12 3. See how hard he works

00:05:30

Speaker 1: to make his dreams alive and possible.

00:05:33

Speaker 1: So, uh it is just hard work for a few years.

00:05:38

Speaker 1: But then the rest of your life would be super easy.

00:05:40

Speaker 1: But if you avoid the hard work, now, if you

00:05:42

Speaker 1: live an easy life, now your wife, uh life would

00:05:45

Speaker 1: be hard at the later stage.

00:05:47

Speaker 1: If there's no cheap dopamine, no cheap dopamines needs the smoking,

00:05:53

Speaker 1: uh drinking all of these things that give you immediate

00:05:56

Speaker 1: pleasure and that makes you feel. So it makes uh

00:05:59

Speaker 1: you know why these people do this because they want

00:06:02

Speaker 1: to avoid the truth. They don't want want to face

00:06:05

Speaker 1: the harsh realities of life. Um They are escaping something

00:06:09

Speaker 1: or the other thing.

00:06:10

Speaker 1: So if you and me, if we are escaping something,

00:06:14

Speaker 1: we take resort to all these things, drugs, uh watching

00:06:17

Speaker 1: deals day and night because we don't want to work hard.

00:06:20

Speaker 1: We don't want to just keep it aside, focus on

00:06:22

Speaker 1: our goal and do it. We feel that life is tough.

00:06:25

Speaker 1: Studies is tough. Uh business doing business is tough. So

00:06:29

Speaker 1: what we do is we keep on watching TV or

00:06:31

Speaker 1: phone and we waste plenty of our time there. So

00:06:35

Speaker 1: this is a very major problem and you need to

00:06:38

Speaker 1: get this sorted out.

00:06:40

Speaker 1: Now, another thing is change the hard things. So first

00:06:44

Speaker 1: you need to stop the c broke my mind and

00:06:46

Speaker 1: now you need to f uh focus on the hard things.

00:06:50

Speaker 1: The hard things means doing the workout, doing the meditation,

00:06:54

Speaker 1: even if you don't feel like it and uh uh

00:06:56

Speaker 1: doing the studies or working on your business, learning sales

00:07:00

Speaker 1: and marketing, reading good books because many people when I

00:07:03

Speaker 1: meet them, they say we don't read books. So now

00:07:06

Speaker 1: if you don't read books, uh you

00:07:08

Speaker 1: avoid lots and lots of learning so you can listen

00:07:11

Speaker 1: to audio books, you can watch your youtube videos. But

00:07:15

Speaker 1: then again, don't get addicted to them. Uh It should

00:07:18

Speaker 1: not happen like this, that in the entire day you are,

00:07:20

Speaker 1: you have watched 1020 youtube videos back to back again

00:07:23

Speaker 1: another day you are watching, watching, watching just by watching

00:07:26

Speaker 1: nothing will happen. Watch just one video and implement it

00:07:29

Speaker 1: for the next one month in your life. Your life

00:07:32

Speaker 1: would never be the same again. Coming to point number seven,

00:07:36

Speaker 1: it's called eating the elephant. Now you were saying like

00:07:39

Speaker 1: saying like what is eating the elephant. Let's say I

00:07:42

Speaker 1: have a very big task.

00:07:44

Speaker 1: I have to make my business successful. Now, let's say

00:07:47

Speaker 1: I divide my business into seven parts, let's say it's

00:07:50

Speaker 1: a sales marketing hr uh operations and then accounts. So

00:07:56

Speaker 1: like this uh finance or investing. And then like this,

00:08:00

Speaker 1: I made seven departments in my business. Now I will

00:08:03

Speaker 1: start with one which is the weakest or uh the

00:08:05

Speaker 1: one which is

00:08:07

Speaker 1: already doing good. So I will take it to the

00:08:09

Speaker 1: finish line. So I will read something about it. I

00:08:11

Speaker 1: will learn something about it and then I will start implementing.

00:08:14

Speaker 1: So once you divide that entire business into a small

00:08:18

Speaker 1: small part, then again, in sales, you can have subdivisions. Now,

00:08:22

Speaker 1: once you have these subdivisions start with one,

00:08:25

Speaker 1: it might take two years, three years, five years, 10 years.

00:08:29

Speaker 1: But during this phase, you will learn a lot. And

00:08:32

Speaker 1: once these 10 years are over, these five years are over,

00:08:35

Speaker 1: these three years are over, you will be mind blown

00:08:37

Speaker 1: with the progress you have made and this would be

00:08:41

Speaker 1: 10 X or 50 X level of progress from what

00:08:44

Speaker 1: you were doing when you didn't do any of this.

00:08:47

Speaker 1: So distribute the big task into a small small small

00:08:50

Speaker 1: chunks and then start um mastering those small chunks,

00:08:55

Speaker 1: correct? Now, one more thing is be the cockroach.

00:08:59

Speaker 1: Now be the cockroach means now we are all, you know,

00:09:02

Speaker 1: as soon as the cockroach name comes, we feel like

00:09:04

Speaker 1: oh so there is a bit of reaction from our side.

00:09:07

Speaker 1: But there is a major, major thing we can learn

00:09:12

Speaker 1: even from a cockroach.

00:09:14

Speaker 1: So what we can learn from a cockroaches. Adaptability. Now,

00:09:18

Speaker 1: adaptability means seem uh millions of years ago, there were dinosaurs,

00:09:22

Speaker 1: they were so huge, they were so powerful. Uh Even

00:09:25

Speaker 1: when we see humans, they were 100 X times bigger,

00:09:29

Speaker 1: 10 X times bigger than humans more powerful. Then why

00:09:33

Speaker 1: did the instant uh they just, they were wiped out

00:09:36

Speaker 1: of the earth because they couldn't adapt to uh to

00:09:39

Speaker 1: the surroundings to the changing world.

00:09:42

Speaker 1: Same happens to the very large companies say Nokia and

00:09:45

Speaker 1: Blackberry who are the number one at a certain point

00:09:49

Speaker 1: uh in mobile industry, but they have, they were wiped

00:09:51

Speaker 1: out because they didn't adapt to the change. So if

00:09:54

Speaker 1: the environment is changing, see now it's the time of

00:09:57

Speaker 1: A and you are like, no, no, I will not

00:09:59

Speaker 1: learn A I, this is not for me, then you

00:10:01

Speaker 1: will be left far behind and people will be taking

00:10:04

Speaker 1: advantage to grow their business, to grow themselves with the

00:10:07

Speaker 1: help of A I prepared my whole exercise routine with

00:10:11

Speaker 1: the help of A I and I did it. So

00:10:13

Speaker 1: this is how powerful. So you should be ready to adapt.

00:10:16

Speaker 1: Cockroaches were there in this world millions of years ago,

00:10:21

Speaker 1: they are here today. They will be here for another

00:10:23

Speaker 1: million years because they adapt very fast. They keep changing

00:10:27

Speaker 1: themselves as per the surroundings. So they their body keeps

00:10:30

Speaker 1: adjusting to the environment change. So always be flexible. Don't

00:10:35

Speaker 1: be rigid that I am like this, I can't change.

00:10:38

Speaker 1: So if you have this type of mentality, it would

00:10:40

Speaker 1: be very, very tough for you to go ahead in

00:10:43

Speaker 1: life because there would be circumstances where you need to change.

00:10:47

Speaker 1: But if you won't, then those circumstances will rule your life.

00:10:51

Speaker 1: You won't be the leader of your life. So master

00:10:54

Speaker 1: this

00:10:55

Speaker 1: point number nine is networking. Now see networking had I

00:10:59

Speaker 1: known this word 10 years back, I would have had

00:11:03

Speaker 1: 1000 more contracts in my uh mobile phone.

00:11:07

Speaker 1: What is networking? Having the right people in your surroundings,

00:11:12

Speaker 1: having lots and lots of connections which are meaningful

00:11:15

Speaker 1: where you are providing value. So what I do is

00:11:18

Speaker 1: whenever I meet someone new, I take their contact number,

00:11:21

Speaker 1: when I come home, I say, OK, this is what

00:11:23

Speaker 1: I do. These are my social media handles. Let's stay

00:11:27

Speaker 1: in touch. Let's see how I can help you. So

00:11:29

Speaker 1: always don't take a number of someone just by thinking

00:11:32

Speaker 1: that how this person can help you always have this

00:11:35

Speaker 1: mindset that how I can help this person.

00:11:38

Speaker 1: So this will also make the other person open to

00:11:41

Speaker 1: you and they will not feel uh you know, they

00:11:43

Speaker 1: will have a shield that this person might use me.

00:11:45

Speaker 1: So I should block this person out of my leg.

00:11:49

Speaker 1: So instead they should be welcoming. OK. Wow. He, he

00:11:51

Speaker 1: knows like he is at the initial stage, but he

00:11:54

Speaker 1: yet he is uh coming forward and asking me if

00:11:57

Speaker 1: he can help me in some of the other way,

00:11:59

Speaker 1: let's say he's a copywriter and he's asking me if

00:12:02

Speaker 1: you want a book on your name, I will be

00:12:04

Speaker 1: able to help you. Uh you should build your brand.

00:12:07

Speaker 1: So always suggest something that you are good at and

00:12:09

Speaker 1: help other people. This will allow your network to be super,

00:12:13

Speaker 1: super awesome because they will trust you.

00:12:16

Speaker 1: Number 10 is saying it's my fault.

00:12:20

Speaker 1: Now, the problem is whenever something wrong happens in our life,

00:12:24

Speaker 1: we start blaming

00:12:26

Speaker 1: because of the God. It's happening. God is not in

00:12:28

Speaker 1: my favor. God is bad. God is giving everything to

00:12:31

Speaker 1: others but not me. My parents um didn't give me

00:12:34

Speaker 1: the right education, they didn't give me the right opportunities.

00:12:38

Speaker 1: Uh Life was brutal. They took away everything. If you

00:12:42

Speaker 1: keep thinking in these terms, you will never achieve anything

00:12:45

Speaker 1: in your life. Now, what you can do is as

00:12:47

Speaker 1: soon as uh something wrong is happening, just say I

00:12:52

Speaker 1: am responsible,

00:12:53

Speaker 1: I am responsible because this will prepare your mind that

00:12:56

Speaker 1: for the future success, you are about to get, you

00:12:59

Speaker 1: are responsible for it and you take the responsibility that

00:13:02

Speaker 1: no matter what happened, it's all right. But now on

00:13:05

Speaker 1: whatever success I'm going to achieve. And this is because

00:13:08

Speaker 1: of me because I take charge of my life.

00:13:11

Speaker 1: I don't blame people around that because of you. I

00:13:14

Speaker 1: am not able to succeed. This is all blaming complaining

00:13:17

Speaker 1: and comparing and expecting zero. This should not be your

00:13:21

Speaker 1: objective and aim you should be focusing on. Ok, I

00:13:24

Speaker 1: take charge of my life. I am responsible for my

00:13:27

Speaker 1: ill health. I am responsible because of uh because of

00:13:30

Speaker 1: this be not because of my company, not because of

00:13:33

Speaker 1: workload because I am not managing my time properly.

00:13:37

Speaker 1: There are millionaires who are very fit. So they are

00:13:40

Speaker 1: of course more busy than us. They are having lots

00:13:42

Speaker 1: of work, multiple companies yet they are fit. So how

00:13:46

Speaker 1: they are able to do it if they can do

00:13:48

Speaker 1: it 100% we can also do it.

00:13:51

Speaker 1: So take responsibility of your life and the last is

00:13:54

Speaker 1: earning saving and investing. Now many times when I meet people,

00:13:59

Speaker 1: they say that uh we don't even know how to invest.

00:14:01

Speaker 1: They always invest in some place where they feel that

00:14:04

Speaker 1: within two years, three years, they will be millennials. It

00:14:07

Speaker 1: would be, you know, multi baggers stock this that

00:14:10

Speaker 1: we all know which are the top 10 companies in India,

00:14:15

Speaker 1: invest in them, invest in the blue chip stock. Wait,

00:14:19

Speaker 1: it would take patience, it would take time. But then

00:14:22

Speaker 1: you would be super wealthy person at certain point in

00:14:24

Speaker 1: your life. When all of the other people would be struggling,

00:14:28

Speaker 1: you would be having a very peaceful and amazing life.

00:14:31

Speaker 1: I have done this. I am super happy with my investment.

00:14:33

Speaker 1: I always have a peaceful sleep

00:14:35

Speaker 1: because of the same strategy. So if you don't invest,

00:14:39

Speaker 1: then your money would keep rotting with you. So make

00:14:43

Speaker 1: it a point and be assured that whatever you earn,

00:14:46

Speaker 1: save 20% out of it and always invest it uh 20%.

00:14:51

Speaker 1: And this is the only way to grow uh invest

00:14:54

Speaker 1: in good companies and

00:14:56

Speaker 1: this is what the 11 rules were. Thank you so much.

00:14:59

Speaker 1: Have a wonderful day. There are links below. I am

00:15:01

Speaker 1: having a master class uh every Monday and Thursday 8 p.m.

00:15:09

Speaker 1: a lot have been massive value and I'm also sharing

00:15:12

Speaker 1: my social media handles, let's stay connected. Have a super day.
