Menstrual health is closely linked to overall socioeconomic development and is crucial to empowerment. This is a challenge everywhere but especially in rural India, where women there face several menstrual challenges, ranging from lack of access to sanitary products to inadequate hygiene practices and lack of proper nutrition.
