In 2025, foreign investors pulled nearly ₹1.6 lakh crore out of India's stock market — the biggest annual outflow ever. In this video, I break down exactly why this happened (seven reasons, from US tariffs and the AI wave to rupee decline and China's comeback), where that money actually went, and what returns those markets delivered. Spoiler: the US gave 20%+ returns in dollar terms, Japan did 35-40%, South Korea did 75%, and if you'd converted those dollars back to rupees, you'd be looking at 25%+ returns. Meanwhile, Nifty did 10.5% in rupee terms and got crushed in dollar terms.
