Can a franchise, cloud kitchen, Uber car or Goa Airbnb really give you income beyond your salary? In this video, I examine 10 tempting money ideas and the costs, effort and risks that decide how much money you actually keep.
We also look at buying land with friends, investing in a friend’s business, faceless YouTube channels, moving to Dubai, trading and retiring on a ₹1 crore fixed deposit. These ideas can work, but revenue is not profit, ownership is not passive income, and a higher salary does not always mean higher savings.
I also share how my friends and I bought land for ₹50 lakh and sold it five years later for ₹42 lakh. Before committing your money, understand the work, the costs and how easily you can get your money back. The business-income calculations are illustrations, not promises of earnings.
