I bought Zoom believing in its future as people around the world were using it. The stock later fell around 80%. That experience is a reminder that knowing a brand is not the same as understanding an investment.
In this video, I demonstrate how I narrow a US-stock screener using company size, valuation, earnings growth and other filters. I also explain why roughly 95% of my own US investments are in QQQ and VOO, rather than individual stocks, and discuss the risks and practical considerations of investing outside India.
The screener results are a starting point for research, not a list of guaranteed winners. I am an investor in INDmoney and benefit if you use it. Please consider that relationship and do your own research before choosing a platform or investment.
