She still looks at you with the same love. She still cares about you. But something inside you has changed.
You still like her. You still care about her. You don't want to hurt her. But the love, excitement and longing you once felt are slowly disappearing.
This Hindi poem is about the painful reality of falling out of love, losing feelings in a relationship, emotional distance, and the guilt of knowing that someone still loves you while your own feelings have changed.
Sometimes the hardest thing isn't being left.
It's knowing that you are the one who has stopped loving.

Ab uske saath mujhe pehle jaisa nahi lagta
Kuch kho gaya hai
Ya toh haalaat badal gaye hain
Ya mujhe hi kuch ho gaya hai
Mujhe ussey ab kuch bhi kaha jaata nahi hai
Main baat shuru karu, andar se aata nahi hai
Main khud jaanna chahta hu aisa kyun hai?
Main toh pagal tha pyar mein phir yeh badlaav kyun hai?
Mujhe uski kami nahi khalti ab
Mere khayal mein uski baatein nahi chalti ab
Aisa bhi nahi hai ki mujhe koi aur pasand aa raha hai
Par usko dekh ke, meri dhadhkane nahi badhti ab
Lag raha hai bas kheech raha hoon rishta
Aur ussey yeh baat keh bhi nahi sakta
Kyunki uski aankhon mein wahi chamak aaj bhi hai
Woh toot jayegi agar usey mera pata chala
Koshish kar raha hoon usey dekh paun pehle ki tarah
Achanak jazbaat mar hi gaye mere
Lag raha hai zabardasti mohabbat se baat karni pad rahi hai
Woh pasand hai mujhe lekin pyar nahi aa paa raha uss pe
Lagaav bhi aise khatam kaise ho sakta hai
Khud pe bhi gussa aa raha hai, main jhootha hi nikla
Kahan poori zindagi bitaane ka waada kiya tha shuruaat mein
4 din mein hi aisa hoga, pata hi nahi chala
Woh abhi bhi ussi pyar se mujhe dekhti hai
Mujhe bura lagta hai ki main nahi dekh paata
Main uske layak nahi hoon woh kuch accha deserve karti hai
Main kehna chahta hu par uska chehra dekh ke kuch bol nahi paata
Main chahta tha jisko kabhi
Ab uska intezaar nahi hai
Maine hi kiya tha pasand
Ab kaise kahu ki pyar nahi hai
Mujhe pata hai, bura toh hoon main.
