Globally, Inclusion Week is dedicated to celebrating inclusion and taking action to create inclusive workplaces. At Aditya Birla Capital, we celebrated “Inclusion Week” from Nov 14-18 this year. Our celebrations included a host of activities to highlight, promote and endorse many aspects of having an inclusive workforce and its importance.

We strongly believe that when we recognise and value the differences that each of us bring to the workplace, we give birth to creativity and innovation and that, more often than not, directly impacts our business profitability.
