I've been meaning to do the no phone challenge ever since I saw it in Ashley's (Bestdressed) video, but I was super intimidated by the idea of not having my phone for a whole week. But once I saw people on the internet doing this for 24 hours, I was a little more at ease with the idea of trying it out. Finally, when I watched Social Dilemma on Netflix, I was convinced I need to give this a shot.
