[00:00:03] [SPEAKER_00]: Hey everyone, this is Woice with Warikoo, my Ankur Warikoo episode.

[00:00:08] [SPEAKER_00]: It's a very serious episode in English.

[00:00:11] [SPEAKER_00]: It's a career, relationships, personal finance, success, failure, and something else that I have to do.

[00:00:20] [SPEAKER_00]: I hope you enjoyed this episode of The Favourite Podcast.com.

[00:00:23] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm a new friend of Woice with Warikoo.

[00:00:29] [SPEAKER_00]: I have a company that has a lot of opportunities to mix with Warikoo.

[00:00:33] [SPEAKER_00]: One is the innovative and their job is to think of the future.

[00:00:37] [SPEAKER_00]: Second is the builder, the leader of the team.

[00:00:40] [SPEAKER_00]: Now he who is the leader of the team, the leader of the team.

[00:00:43] [SPEAKER_00]: Third is the manager, the leader of the team, who is the leader of the team.

[00:00:48] [SPEAKER_00]: I am the leader of the team, the leader of the team.

[00:00:51] [SPEAKER_00]: This is the IBM mix.

[00:00:54] [SPEAKER_00]: At the start, every company is 100% in a way.

[00:00:57] [SPEAKER_00]: Look, they think of what needs to be done in the future.

[00:01:00] [SPEAKER_00]: Then for 90% IOSA, 10% BOSA, which is executing, then 80, 20, then 70, 30.

[00:01:07] [SPEAKER_00]: And at some point when things get rolling, it becomes 60, 30, 10.

[00:01:11] [SPEAKER_00]: So 60 will be thinking of the future.

[00:01:14] [SPEAKER_00]: 30 is getting the present and 10 is maintaining what has already been done.

[00:01:18] [SPEAKER_00]: For 50, 30, 20.

[00:01:20] [SPEAKER_00]: And at some point in time, the mix of the company becomes say 10, 30, 60.

[00:01:25] [SPEAKER_00]: But look, that's percent future, about a source now.

[00:01:27] [SPEAKER_00]: These percent, age cases are now 60% to protect what has been done in the past because that is far more critical.

[00:01:35] [SPEAKER_00]: Now the same way every person is also mix of these three identities.

[00:01:40] [SPEAKER_00]: The innovator, the builder, the maintainers.

[00:01:42] [SPEAKER_00]: As we grow as we evolve as a live life, this mix also evolves.

[00:01:46] [SPEAKER_00]: So start in every individual is 100% I future, about a source now.

[00:01:50] [SPEAKER_00]: For 90% I 10% B, that's what we're doing now.

[00:01:55] [SPEAKER_00]: Then 80 to 20, then 70, 30.

[00:01:56] [SPEAKER_00]: Exactly the same way, if 60, 30, 10 or the other, it's the same way.

[00:02:00] [SPEAKER_00]: If 50, 30, 20 or the other.

[00:02:01] [SPEAKER_00]: And at some point of time when we are old enough, why is enough?

[00:02:05] [SPEAKER_00]: When we are accomplished enough?

[00:02:06] [SPEAKER_00]: Maybe the mix becomes 10, 30, 60.

[00:02:08] [SPEAKER_00]: But look, that's percent future, about a source now.

[00:02:10] [SPEAKER_00]: 30% age, about a man, 60%, just holding on to what you have done in the past.

[00:02:15] [SPEAKER_00]: All your accolades, all your wealth or your relationships etc.

[00:02:20] [SPEAKER_00]: Now mapping who we are to the stage of where the company is is the only way to ensure that you enjoy your life.

[00:02:30] [SPEAKER_00]: I'll say this once more.

[00:02:31] [SPEAKER_00]: mapping where you are on the IBM mix, to where the company is on the IBM mix,

[00:02:40] [SPEAKER_00]: is the only way to ensure that you enjoy your work.

[00:02:45] [SPEAKER_00]: What does this mean?

[00:02:47] [SPEAKER_00]: If you're a huge current, you know it.

[00:02:50] [SPEAKER_00]: So you think a lot more about the future, you want to do a lot more planning.

[00:02:55] [SPEAKER_00]: But you're working in a company that is a maintainer company.

[00:02:58] [SPEAKER_00]: So they're holding on to the past, they're protecting it, they're guarding it.

[00:03:02] [SPEAKER_00]: You are not going to enjoy your work.

[00:03:05] [SPEAKER_00]: You're going to hit every second of it.

[00:03:08] [SPEAKER_00]: Even if the company is the best in the world at what they do, you're going to hate it.

[00:03:13] [SPEAKER_00]: That is why people would hate working in a Google or say an Amazon.

[00:03:19] [SPEAKER_00]: Kuki and I'm saying that that is the case.

[00:03:21] [SPEAKER_00]: But it's possible that those companies have become so big that they're holding a lot more onto the past.

[00:03:27] [SPEAKER_00]: And a lot more people are just protecting that, then thinking of the future or building for the future.

[00:03:36] [SPEAKER_00]: If you're currently a maintainer, so you like that you're a very good manager,

[00:03:42] [SPEAKER_00]: a very good manager, a very good manager, a very good manager, a very good manager.

[00:03:47] [SPEAKER_00]: But you're working at an innovator company, which is constantly thinking of the future.

[00:03:52] [SPEAKER_00]: What are you doing? What are you doing? What are you doing?

[00:03:55] [SPEAKER_00]: You're again going to feel overwhelmed every second of it.

[00:03:58] [SPEAKER_00]: You'll feel like that. You can't do anything.

[00:04:01] [SPEAKER_00]: You can't do anything.

[00:04:02] [SPEAKER_00]: You can't do anything.

[00:04:03] [SPEAKER_00]: So your job is to answer these three questions.

[00:04:10] [SPEAKER_00]: What is my IBM Mix currently?

[00:04:14] [SPEAKER_00]: What is the company's IBM Mix currently?

[00:04:18] [SPEAKER_00]: And does it align or not?

[00:04:20] [SPEAKER_00]: What's my Mix? What's the company's Mix and does it align?

[00:04:24] [SPEAKER_00]: And if the answer is yes, it aligns you, I found a partner. Congratulations.

[00:04:32] [SPEAKER_00]: All the best.
