In this episode Ankur delves into the complex question of whether destiny exists or if individuals have free will, inspired by a question asked at an event. He shares his conflicted feelings where his mind believes in destiny due to the hints in philosophy, spiritual, and religious texts suggesting everything is pre-planned. However, his heart struggles with this notion due to a strong belief in free will, the importance of choices, and the consequences that follow. He explores the troubling implications of destiny, such as escaping the repercussions of one's actions under the guise of fate. Despite his internal conflict and the lack of a definitive stance, he invites listeners to share their views on this philosophical debate.

[00:00:00] Hey everyone, this is Woice with Warikoo, my name is Ankur Warikoo, I cover a lot of things in this English Podcast series.
[00:00:12] Career, relationships, personal finance, success, failure and frankly, something else that comes in the mind.
[00:00:20] Every week, Thursday, your favorite podcast platform for a new episode, Woice with Warikoo.
[00:00:28] So, last week's event, someone asked me if you believe in destiny, do you believe in the future?
[00:00:35] Do you think we all have destiny, destiny?
[00:00:38] It is a very interesting question. I have thought about it a lot.
[00:00:42] My heart is not something that doesn't mean that destiny is not a part of it.
[00:00:53] But my mind is convinced that destiny exists, that it is a part of the mind.
[00:01:00] I will tell you about it.
[00:01:02] So, I have studied philosophy, spiritual texts, religious texts, many other religions have studied ancient wisdom.
[00:01:10] And if I try to understand them, whatever they want to say, try to understand them, and think rationally about them.
[00:01:20] So, I think that destiny exists till the end of the day.
[00:01:27] Everything is planned from the beginning. Everything is written from the beginning.
[00:01:33] Even the fact that you don't believe in the future?
[00:01:35] No. If a person like this, I don't believe in the future.
[00:01:38] He is also your future.
[00:01:40] And it's very interesting when you start thinking about it like that.
[00:01:44] You can think like that, because you can make any kind of destiny.
[00:01:48] If everything is written, then whatever is happening to you or your faith or your soul, it's all destiny.
[00:01:54] So, my mind tells me that it is destiny and knows many people from many years.
[00:02:08] But this is not destiny.
[00:02:12] Because I can say that I should be free, I can take decisions of myself, I can live my life with myself.
[00:02:20] I can choose what my choices are, I can generate what my choices are.
[00:02:25] So, I make my destiny myself.
[00:02:29] And then, in the second question, this comes as well.
[00:02:32] If a person is not aware of the destiny, then what will happen if he is not aware of it?
[00:02:39] That means, if a person is not aware of the destiny, then he will be aware of it.
[00:02:44] Everything is written from the beginning.
[00:02:46] So, if a crime or justice has nothing to do with it, then if someone is aware of it, then they will have to bear consequences.
[00:02:54] Then they will automatically be aware of it.
[00:02:56] If they don't have to do it, then they will not have to do it.
[00:02:58] If they don't have to fight with someone, then they will be dead.
[00:03:03] If we all believe that everything is written, then my mind tells me that there is no such thing as destiny.
[00:03:14] Now, who is the one who is responsible for this?
[00:03:17] And I don't know when you will answer this question in this life.
[00:03:20] I will not even know why I am making this podcast.
[00:03:23] Because it is not an end.
[00:03:24] I am not sharing anything with you, which is an insight.
[00:03:27] If I just came into the mind, then I asked.
[00:03:33] If you ask me about my self, about the nature of the world,
[00:03:38] whether we have to choose one thing from both of them?
[00:03:41] Is it destiny or not?
[00:03:44] Then my answer will be, it is not destiny.
[00:03:49] We make the same path ourselves.
[00:03:53] But I also think that many people will agree with me on this matter.
[00:03:59] What is your mind?
[00:04:18] What is your mind?
