02:05 Use money to buy your freedom.

03:00 Have your independence

04:04 Spend time with yourself.

[00:00:03] Hey everyone, this is Voice with Warikoo.

[00:00:05] My, or Ankur Warikoo, I have a lot of things in this English podcast series.

[00:00:11] Career, relationships, personal finance, success, failure, and frankly, something else that comes to mind.

[00:00:19] Every week on Thursday, a new episode on your favorite podcast platform.

[00:00:25] Voice with Warikoo.

[00:00:29] So, anyone asked on Twitter,

[00:00:31] who are men from 31 to 31 years old,

[00:00:35] men,

[00:00:36] if the girls or men should give a path to 18 to 30 years old,

[00:00:42] then what will happen?

[00:00:44] And I thought about it, and I was like,

[00:00:46] I'm 44.

[00:00:47] What would I tell an 18 to 30-year-old guy?

[00:00:53] Five things.

[00:00:55] Number one, take care of your body.

[00:00:57] In our 20s, if we do our body,

[00:01:00] we do our own mis-treat, mis-use, substance abuse,

[00:01:05] we do not eat good, we do not eat good,

[00:01:08] we do not eat good.

[00:01:08] We do not know much.

[00:01:10] Because in our 20s, our body is now very young,

[00:01:13] very resilient, very strong,

[00:01:15] but all the damage we see in the past,

[00:01:18] in the 30s, 40s, 50s,

[00:01:21] and until it's late,

[00:01:22] it's very difficult.

[00:01:22] Until it's reverse it,

[00:01:25] it's very difficult.

[00:01:50] So, what you will realize is,

[00:01:57] you will have to live with that mind for the rest of your life.

[00:02:04] Number three,

[00:02:28] all of this is a cage.

[00:02:31] It's a cage.

[00:02:32] But if you invest with that money,

[00:02:35] you will learn something from this money,

[00:02:38] you will learn experiences from this money,

[00:02:40] you will get your freedom,

[00:02:42] and you will get free.

[00:02:43] You will be free.

[00:02:44] You will not have any reward on your life.

[00:02:46] You will not run under those false things,

[00:02:48] which you will keep in the cage.

[00:02:50] And that will be the best use of money.

[00:02:53] Number four,

[00:02:54] and this is a bit controversial.

[00:02:56] After marriage,

[00:02:57] if you are married,

[00:02:58] then both set of parents are different.

[00:03:02] Don't leave the same distance,

[00:03:03] but they are different.

[00:03:05] That will ensure that you have your independence.

[00:03:08] That will ensure that you will give a good life in your marriage.

[00:03:15] Which will be about the two of you,

[00:03:17] which will be about your family,

[00:03:18] which will be about getting to know each other.

[00:03:21] And that will be so much as possible,

[00:03:23] as you will live with your parents.

[00:03:26] Don't leave your parents from the same family.

[00:03:28] In the same city,

[00:03:29] in a different house,

[00:03:30] in a different floor,

[00:03:31] even on a different floor.

[00:03:32] But have your independence.

[00:03:34] And then,

[00:03:35] the parents who are the same,

[00:03:36] they will not need to change.

[00:03:38] A new person when he comes to the house,

[00:03:40] he becomes a bit of a clash.

[00:03:42] It's really an expected thing.

[00:03:45] Let that be minimized.

[00:03:47] Let that be removed.

[00:03:48] So,

[00:03:49] as much as independent,

[00:03:50] every person who has the same

[00:03:53] and the same,

[00:03:54] the rhythm,

[00:03:55] the way,

[00:03:56] the way,

[00:03:58] things will be okay.

[00:04:00] Things will be better.

[00:04:02] And number five.

[00:04:03] Meditate.

[00:04:04] And meditation doesn't mean that

[00:04:06] I have to give you a gift,

[00:04:07] a guru has become a guru.

[00:04:08] It means that

[00:04:09] your time is given to yourself.

[00:04:11] Every day,

[00:04:12] without a phone,

[00:04:14] without a book,

[00:04:15] without a music,

[00:04:16] without a logo,

[00:04:17] without any other thing.

[00:04:19] Only in your thoughts.

[00:04:20] The time will tell you.

[00:04:21] That will help you understand yourself.

[00:04:24] That will present you with really tough, challenging questions

[00:04:27] which will be the best answer to you.

[00:04:30] You will not feel good,

[00:04:30] but it will be necessary.

[00:04:32] And the amount of questions you will get,

[00:04:35] the amount of questions you will get easier.

[00:04:38] This is the five things.

[00:04:40] One thing that you have seen,

[00:04:43] one person who has seen life,

[00:04:45] one person who has started life.

[00:04:47] All the best.
