[00:00:03] Hey everyone, this is Voice with Warikoo, my or Ankur Warikoo.

[00:00:07] In this English podcast series, I cover many things in this English podcast series.

[00:00:11] Career, relationships, personal finance, success, failure, and frankly, something else that comes to the time.

[00:00:19] Every week on Thursday, a new episode on your favorite podcast platform.

[00:00:24] Voice with Warikoo

[00:00:26] Hey everyone, wishing you all a wonderful 2025.

[00:00:32] Here is a summary of the year gone by.

[00:00:34] Across the 5 things that matter the most.

[00:00:37] This is also recorded in Hindi, which is the next episode or the previous one, depending on how it was uploaded.

[00:00:41] So you can check that out as well.

[00:00:43] Number 1 is health.

[00:00:45] I hit my fittest self ever as a 10-year celebration of my first six-pack abs that I got in 2014.

[00:00:52] That was 10 years back.

[00:00:54] An everyday routine now is 2 meals a day, 18-hour fast, 120 grams plus of protein, 45 minutes of lifting weight, and 60 minutes of tennis.

[00:01:02] And I love it.

[00:01:03] I absolutely love it.

[00:01:06] Number 2 on wealth.

[00:01:07] My investment corpus, it rose by an incredible and not sustainable, I should add, 48%.

[00:01:13] I say it's not sustainable because there's no way that this is going to be the norm.

[00:01:18] I think it will settle at about 18-20, 24% at best, which I'll be more than happy with as well.

[00:01:25] My current portfolio, for those who are curious, is Indian PMSs, which are portfolio management systems, about 48%.

[00:01:32] These are split between momentum strategy and small cap.

[00:01:36] I invest about 29% of my money in startups, which is through an equity fund and a debt fund.

[00:01:41] I have invested about 11% directly in Indian stocks and mutual funds.

[00:01:45] These are largely large cap and flexi cap.

[00:01:47] I have 7% in crypto.

[00:01:49] That's only Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana.

[00:01:51] And I have about 5% in U.S. stocks, which is only QQQ.

[00:01:55] And that is also a mutual fund equivalent.

[00:02:00] These are not recommendations, please.

[00:02:01] So do not take them.

[00:02:02] And these are not promoted as well in any shape and form.

[00:02:05] Number 3 on work front.

[00:02:06] A lot of things happened.

[00:02:08] We crossed 10 million followers across social media, currently at 14.5 million followers.

[00:02:13] We crossed 400,000 students on Webveda.

[00:02:16] We are currently at 428,000 students.

[00:02:18] The average price point per student is 1,100 rupees.

[00:02:21] We have a 72% course completion rate and a 6% refund rate.

[00:02:25] And this is after a no questions asked refund policy.

[00:02:28] I love it.

[00:02:28] We had our best year ever on YouTube, 800 million views, 2.2 million subscribers.

[00:02:34] Our best year ever on Instagram, 700 million views.

[00:02:36] And 900,000 subscribers.

[00:02:39] My third book, Make Epic Money.

[00:02:41] It was the best-selling book of the year in India.

[00:02:44] I launched the journal for Do Epic Shit, which was the first book that I ever wrote.

[00:02:49] And we as a business did 17 crores of revenue with 28% profit.

[00:02:53] Love it.

[00:02:54] Fourth, relationships.

[00:02:55] We traveled 118 days in the year with family and friends.

[00:03:00] I had another amazing year with Ruchi acting as my business manager along with my life partner.

[00:03:06] There was no attrition in the team except for one person who left to go for an MBA and that too at Kellogg.

[00:03:11] So I think that was a good attrition.

[00:03:13] Our total team size of Varek crew remains the same.

[00:03:16] It's about 13 people, which includes myself.

[00:03:19] And we have another extended team of 12 partners that work very closely with us.

[00:03:24] And I didn't lose any friends, which was yay.

[00:03:27] And I didn't add any new friends as well, which is a double yay.

[00:03:31] And the fifth one, self.

[00:03:33] I maintained my meditation streak.

[00:03:36] I'm now at 1,990 days without missing a single day.

[00:03:41] This is five and a half years of missing a single day.

[00:03:45] I meditate for 30 minutes every day.

[00:03:47] So I love it.

[00:03:48] I read 31 books this year.

[00:03:50] I started tennis coaching again, which is awesome.

[00:03:54] I love it.

[00:03:55] I got my six-pack abs again, which I spoke about.

[00:03:59] Ruchi and I, we went to watch the Australian Open Finals live, which was thrilling.

[00:04:03] Absolutely loved it.

[00:04:04] We trekked to 14,000 feet with the team, which was Brigu Lake as part of our offsite, which

[00:04:11] is also incredible.

[00:04:12] And both Ruchi and I, we listened to Arigeet Singh live in Bangalore, which was a dream come true.

[00:04:18] Incredible year.

[00:04:19] immensely grateful.

[00:04:21] And I am looking forward to 2025 in a huge way.

[00:04:25] I don't know why I did this recap because it sounded all about me, but I think it was

[00:04:30] more to share with the fact that so much can happen in a year.

[00:04:35] And yet you're just always excited for what's to follow.

[00:04:38] I love it.

[00:04:39] All the best.

[00:04:40] Have an incredible 2025.
