Implicit bias is sneaky because we're generally unaware it is even impacting how we think about things, or the decisions we make. In our personal lives, this is potentially problematic. In our work lives, it can be downright dangerous, leaving you and your company at risk for claims of unfair treatment, discrimination, harassment, and the like. In Part One, we discuss what implicit bias is and how it is most likely to show up in the workplace for you as an HR professional or manager.
