I am an IT Project Manager by profession, yoga and wellness coach by passion.
Let's quickly go over how it began. When I was around 20 years old, I attended my first yoga class, it was out of curiosity and fun back then. Life got busy, and I just couldn't stick with it. I was so caught up in the whole corporate world and the rat race. Whenever I managed to squeeze in for a class or two for practise, even with my on and off approach, not being consistent, I always found this amazing sense of relief and peace.
As I turned 30, life threw me an absolute shocker, (story for another day!) and this time I turned to yoga and spirituality not just for fun but for survival. This marked the beginning of a truly incredible transformative journey.
I became a certified yoga teacher, I found everything about Human body, mind and soul - FASCINATING.! Eventually as the interest grew I was trained in alternate healing therapies like Marma, Reflexology, and Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy. Learning never stops... The more I learn the more I realise its the simple and mindful lifestyle practises that help to maintain health and even reverse the health concerns.
Coming from an IT background, I am familiar with the challenges of a sedentary job, including work-related stress and anxiety, prolonged sitting, back or shoulder pains, digestive issues, and hormone imbalances. So you see, I not only understand these theoretically but practically went through these, found solutions to myself and have been helping others.

[00:01:27] I was a interest crew, eventually I was trained in alternate healing therapies, Marmar, Reflexal G, Biodynamic Cranial, Psychotherapy and the learning continues.
[00:01:39] The more I learn, the more I realize it's the simple mindful lifestyle practices that help to maintain health and even reverse the health concerns.

[00:02:07] Most of our lives are sedentary. These days health concerns became so so common including work related stress, anxiety, prolonged sitting, back pain, shoulder pain, digestive issues or monolimbalances.
[00:02:27] I not only understand these theoretically but practically went through a few of these forms of solutions to myself and have been helping others.
