[00:00:16] How is your Monday? We are going to start our Monday, our week with the bank. How was your last week? How is the energy level?

[00:00:25] Now you know where you stand. Are you ready to take your game? You went to the higher level this week. What we cover up to week number 8. Let us see all those things.

[00:00:38] Before that, welcome to Spiritually Wealthy. At Spiritually Wealthy, we have a high principles and values which gives us strong conditions.

[00:00:51] So what are those values? First is we make our common sense. We work with a common sense to apply whatever is given, whatever is provided to us.

[00:01:04] So if it is good or bad, I am giving you the example of speed. If you are going to work in the world, you have to be super fast.

[00:01:12] If you want to internalize, if you want to know yourself, if you are on a spiritual journey, you have to slow down.

[00:01:19] So for that we have to use our common sense, our Viveka. In a spiritual sense, Viveka means Atma and Atma Viveka.

[00:01:29] In a worldly sense, we have to use our common sense. Second thing is self-reliance in all areas of life.

[00:01:37] Compassion which is very important. Virtue. Compassion for all. Compassion for myself so that I can learn and compassion for others so that I can teach.

[00:01:52] Integrity. Integrity in thoughts, words and action. What I think I say and what I say I do.

[00:02:00] And last but not the least is truth. We have to learn, we have to know that truth and abide in it.

[00:02:08] So these are our core principles and values based on that we found spiritually as a community.

[00:02:15] We have three levels of courses. First is the war zone, second is the garden zone and third one is the liberation zone.

[00:02:30] We have one goal to achieve and that is liberation. Financial liberation through digital media and spiritual liberation through the principles of Advaita Vedanta.

[00:02:42] So this is the introduction of spiritually wealthy. Now week one, week one we started our journey.

[00:02:50] Ten week journey to build our commitment muscle. This is, this will improve our qualifications, six fold wealth.

[00:03:00] Shama dhamma uparamati tikshashratta and samadha. So week number one, word, war, serenity, we have to become certain about what we think and what we act.

[00:03:11] Week number two was awareness, awareness of that little voice and three steps to conquer that little voice.

[00:03:20] This journey is to build your confidence not to lose it. So this we have to keep in mind at week number two, week number three.

[00:03:28] Week number three word was encouraging vocabulary. What are, how are your words?

[00:03:35] Are the fragrance of us thinking that we have to keep in our mind? Week number four, week number four word was kindness with boundaries.

[00:03:45] When you say yes, you say out of love and you say no to someone. Say out of love. Week number five, week number five there are three kind of people.

[00:03:55] So which are those ordinary, extraordinary and great. How much did you score over the last week?

[00:04:03] So we develop a habit tracker and today we are going to expand this habit tracker. So this is my habit tracker.

[00:04:12] I choose to develop this four habits, 10,000 step webinar and post content, meditation one hour and high energy scoring system up.

[00:04:22] Ender 20 will be the ordinary between 21 to 28 extraordinary and 25 to 28 is great.

[00:04:30] So our journey is from ordinary to extraordinary from extraordinary to great. This is our journey.

[00:04:38] So week number six, week number six word is amplified energy. Amplified energy we also understand Jalsa.

[00:04:47] The word Jalsa is the response we give whenever somebody asks us how are you?

[00:04:53] And what is the meaning of Jalsa at different level of life based on the text, forgive me.

[00:05:01] So week seven, we understand the word learned optimism, law of destiny and law of karma.

[00:05:10] Week number eight, week number eight word was forgiveness. It is a very important session.

[00:06:00] We are giving more importance to knowledge than energy, but in today's world.

[00:06:04] If you want to succeed, you have to level up your energy.

[00:06:09] We have to back our patterns if you are always keeping your camera off in a zoom class turn it on.

[00:06:16] If you are brushing your teeth with the right hand do it with the left.

[00:06:19] Go and meet people you have never meet in your building.

[00:06:22] If you want to get reserves how to do things differently applying your common sense.

[00:06:29] Let's start this week work. We are at week number nine.

[00:06:34] So this week there is no word we are going to learn a formula and what are the new habits you want to bring into your life that we are going to see.

[00:06:43] We are going to increase improve our habit record.

[00:06:48] There are four habits so far we are going to improve it.

[00:06:52] So let's see. Let's stem down.

[00:06:59] What I will prefer and I will insist that you have at least 10 return habits that you want to change and then bring it down to five.

[00:07:12] Don't go exceeding five habits.

[00:07:15] So what are the examples waking up at five a.m.

[00:07:19] If you are waking up at four a.m.

[00:08:01] Whatever feels suitable to your body mind and intellect.

[00:08:05] List them down.

[00:08:07] And no complaint, no anger, no sugar.

[00:08:10] What are the things you want to remove from your life?

[00:08:13] Those also can be in habit tracker.

[00:08:16] We started with the three habits.

[00:08:18] Added one and now you can increase it to five to ten as per your needs.

[00:08:23] If you have more than five, write up to top five.

[00:08:27] The five which you fully committed to and rest of the things.

[00:08:32] Rest six to ten you will try.

[00:08:35] Let us check your commitment muscle.

[00:08:38] There should not be any excuses.

[00:08:41] If you get hundred crore payment to reach the classroom,

[00:08:45] will you not come for the class?

[00:08:47] Second level argument can be there may be any type of money you give

[00:08:51] but still I won't reach for the class.

[00:08:54] My argument will be that if I put a gun on your head

[00:08:58] or your loved one's head then you have to imagine

[00:09:03] that this class is worth rupees hundred crore

[00:09:06] and the instructions given in this class is to follow,

[00:09:09] to get the hundred crore or to save someone,

[00:09:12] someone you love or yourself who is at stake.

[00:09:16] The kind of commitment you should have is either you are getting hundred crore

[00:09:20] or someone who loved the most is at stake.

[00:09:24] If you are committed then start behaving like that.

[00:09:28] Start behaving like a hundred crore person

[00:09:31] and then one day you will see that you are a hundred CR person.

[00:09:35] Take a pen and paper, note down the formula.

[00:09:39] The formula is N H W P C C.

[00:09:43] What is N H?

[00:09:45] N H stands for new habit.

[00:09:48] W stands for why?

[00:09:50] Why is so important to you?

[00:09:53] Why is so important to you?

[00:09:58] Be absolutely clear and there should not be any doubt.

[00:10:03] There are no shoulds.

[00:10:05] Sometimes we should ourselves.

[00:10:07] I should do this, I should do that.

[00:10:10] No should be absolutely clear why you want this habit.

[00:10:14] So first is an H new habit.

[00:10:16] Second thing W, clear about why you want it.

[00:10:20] P is for price I am going to pay for this habit.

[00:10:25] For every habit there is a price to pay.

[00:10:28] As your habit is worldly you have more worldly price to pay.

[00:10:34] Packing up at private AM you have to sacrifice your sleep.

[00:10:38] If you exercise you may have so much muscles,

[00:10:42] you have the pain in the muscle,

[00:10:44] you can't complain about the pain initially.

[00:10:46] It will go away but initially you will have the pain.

[00:10:49] Chanting Lord's name as you go for the higher and higher

[00:10:54] Satvik habits, there will be list and list of the price you pay.

[00:10:59] Chanting Lord's name you don't have to pay any price.

[00:11:02] If you do Japa you don't have to pay any price.

[00:11:05] Meditation, eating habits.

[00:11:07] If you are changing your eating habits

[00:11:10] you have to pay the price that you cannot have the food.

[00:11:14] Tasty food, so called tasty food.

[00:11:17] So P is for the price I am going to pay for this habit.

[00:11:22] C, C, C.

[00:11:25] Committing not to complain about the price.

[00:11:28] There are no complaints.

[00:11:30] Once I decided once my wife is clear,

[00:11:32] once I am absolutely clear that yes I want this,

[00:11:35] I am going for it, I am going to pay the price

[00:11:38] and there is no complaining about paying the price.

[00:11:43] So this will task do NHW PCC for all the tasks and new habits.

[00:11:51] Every day this week before going to bed first,

[00:11:55] complete your NHW PCC for all the habits that you want to cultivate.

[00:12:01] Start with the top five and then move on to the other habits.

[00:12:05] Keep your habit tracker along with you

[00:12:08] so that you are absolutely clear that what you want to achieve

[00:12:12] and are you achieving or not.

[00:12:14] The results of changing habits, we all want fruits.

[00:12:18] What will be the fruit of this?

[00:12:21] So first is improved health.

[00:12:23] Changing the unhealthy habit can lead to better physical health

[00:12:27] such as reducing the risk of chronic diseases,

[00:12:30] improving sleep and increasing energy levels.

[00:12:33] Increased productivity.

[00:12:35] Adapting a new habit can help you become more organized,

[00:12:39] efficient and productive.

[00:12:41] By setting a routine, sticking to it,

[00:12:43] you can accomplish more than in less time.

[00:12:47] Enhanced mental well-being.

[00:12:49] Changing the habits can have a positive impact on your mental health

[00:12:54] by reducing stress and anxiety and negative thought patterns.

[00:12:59] You can improve your overall well-being.

[00:13:01] Personal growth.

[00:13:03] Changing the habit requires a self-reflection and self-discipline

[00:13:06] which can lead to the personal growth and self-improvement.

[00:13:10] By challenging yourself to step outside of your comfort zone,

[00:13:13] you can develop a new skill and expand your horizons.

[00:13:17] Better relationships.

[00:13:19] Changing habits can also improve your relationship with others

[00:13:23] by developing better communication skills,

[00:13:26] practicing empathy, showing respect.

[00:13:29] You can build stronger and more meaningful connections

[00:13:33] with those around you.

[00:13:35] So these are the results and very important results.

[00:13:38] Improved health, increased productivity, enhanced mental well-being,

[00:13:41] personal growth and better relationship.

[00:13:44] We want all this.

[00:13:46] And if we want to all this, we have to develop habits.

[00:13:49] We have to work on them without complaining about it.

[00:13:53] Now you have to make the promise.

[00:13:56] You have to say, I promise to change my habits

[00:14:00] or I will cultivate five new habits.

[00:14:03] We have to go from victim to victor.

[00:14:06] I will never complain about the price I pay to change my habits.

[00:14:11] And at last, what are the actions we have to do?

[00:14:15] First is 100% commitment, 100% commitment to become 100 crore percent.

[00:14:21] First, make a list of habits that you want to change or cultivate.

[00:14:26] Second, reduce it to five top priority habits,

[00:14:29] apply NHW PCC, all the habits and start working on it.
