It's been awhile since we could attend conferences, so we made up for lost time. The days were packed. Lots of demos, interviewing founders and a few parties, we had our fill, so we are ready to say farewell to Vegas.
Rookie mistakes: giving Serge coffee - he turns into a speed walker. Shelley tries to be fancy with her shoes and the fallout is blisters over 80% of her toes. Good thing there was a place that sold Birkenstocks nearby.
Highlights of the Show:

- Other than the founders at the event, staff in all booths were less than 1 year working at that company. Very few had ever worked in HR Tech before. Its buyer beware!
- Lots of wrap around technology for the TA tech space to compensate for the complex and generally useless HCMs we bought in the 2010’s
- Talent Intelligence is the new buzz word
- Pitchfest for start ups in HR Tech left us scratching our heads
