Al Zawahiri Video: Al Qaeda Isn’t In Kashmir Yet – Its Ideology Is

A Kashmir Valley police officer said that the Al Qaeda chief’s video wouldn’t replace the Azadi and Pakistan-sponsored militancy overnight. It wouldn’t create a Caliphate, but would definitely boost an already existing ideology.
